The hotel was clean
Reception took a while to come to book us in and the supervisor was polite but not friendly
The car parking is poor due to posts making it hard to park easily

Some are better than others . I have stayed here a few times and this has a refurbishment. But still needs some attention to detail and some room maintenance carried out. With a few broken things such as : 1. temp control on the bath fell off 2. Soap dispenser in shower broken 3. Windows dont stay in the tilt position and nearly fall out 4. Stained mattress 5. Water left in kettle 6. Always smoker by the enterance 7. Enterance smelt of ****

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to come on here and show my appreciation for Melbin on reception tonight. Very polite, respectful and when I had an issue he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much Melbin, you are a credit to your company! The rooms are pleasant, comfortable and large. Parking on site is reasonably priced.

The Receptionist Manav was very fabulously awesome . He help me alot to book my room online everything. He was very professionally gentleman and did a great job. Hope he have a great future ahead great staff and hospitality. I will do come visit this hotel. Just the parking is little annoying though!

This hotel has undercroft parking for a small fee. I was very happy with that particularly as it was closed to the town center. I thought it was quite good.

I stayed here for one night , i have a works van yes the hotel has a car park the size of my van it won't fit in there and there was some confusion as to where i could park , the hotel shares a entrence with another business which clearly owns this land as there are warning signs about parking here however the hotel said as long as i parked against the fence and gone by 8am then parking here is ok . The hotel itself very clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly helpful . My room i had with BIG , im a solo traveller but had a king sized bed and two singles to sleep in , the room like the hotel very clean and very quiet . eaten at hotel and the food good and well priced . i enjoyed my stay here had a good nights sleep as the bed was very very comfortable great price too

Stayed at preston central travelodge 2 nights for our daughters graduation Room was clean and we had a very comfy bed The room was overlooking main road so was very noisy but it didn't bother us Reception staff were very helpful This Hotel has a terrible carpark Alot of manovering to get into a space because of the steel pillars Not recommended for larger cars We did read it on reviews but didn't realise it was so bad There were a few unsavoury characters hanging about Unfortunately for that reason we won't be returning
