Food and pillows are ok, but the structure has everything you need and you look for. It even has minigolf and tennis courts! It is quite far from Palermo, but it is in the middle of the Sicily so you get pretty fast to every city you want to visit!!

Food was the worst I have ever eaten there is no getting away from it no taxi service only a shuttle service which runs at a timebyou can get to the village to try local restaurants the only savings grace you could get a slice of pitza at the bar daly room was very basic clean and tidy view was on real swimming facilities were good staff generally very nice

The majority of the staff were less than helpful, surly. The room I had was in Argo, the hotel and my room has amazing views.The beds were ok with again acceptable AC, gardens are nicely tended. The food, lots of veal, tough steak & pork and fish like sardines or sword fish. Not really what I’d have liked. Mealtimes felt like a bun fight, quite dangerous at times. The hotel was quite busy but they had stopped the shuttle to the hotel beach. I became quite unwell as did many of the group was on our tour. You are directed to there in house infirmary where they dish out an interesting concoction. You are quite isolated and paying for taxi is pricey 120 euros to get to Palermo. It needs quite a bit of money spending on it. I won’t be back. I wonder if Mistral Holidays have actually inspected this place. I think I’d research my hotel better in future. Pictures are of shabby bathroom.

Pretty dreadful overall. Not a pleasurable experience! The amazing views do not make up for the negatives. I booked with Mistral Holidays which I’d e surprised if they don’t go out of business after all the illness and complaints. Food 👎, reception staff 👎tours long & tiring. Pools 👎, insects 👎 then I got ill. A bit of an endurance 😩

Wonderful Francesca! ❤️❤️❤️ She was amazing, nice, caring, always smiling, very friendly and made you feel like a queen. I would definitely recommend visit their spa, especially in terms morning when it's not so busy there and you can relax there on your own.

I endorse most of what other reviews have stated. Very basic bedrooms which were meant to be 4 * superior; thin walls through which you could hear what your neighbours were doing (mostly being sick!) Mould on our shower door. Restaurant in a separate building with lots of steps. Chaotic mealtimes because of the sheer volume of guests. Lukewarm food with next to nothing for vegetarians, served on cold plates. Like most of our group I became ill with a sickness bug. Staff were not interested in finding out why. The only good thing was the hotel setting, overlooking the sea. Would not stay there again and would most definitely avoid using Mistral Holidays in future.

At arrival we found out That most of the hotel was rented out for an event for young Italian youths. When we booked the hotel we did not get informed about this. The event meant That we were not allowed to use all og The facilities in The hotel. Staff in The reception did not want to help us or make up for this inconvinience. In addition to this arrangement The pools were closed in The middle of The day, during peak sun hour, form 12.30-14.30. Breakfast was lousy, and half of The cutlery and plates had foodstains on it. Other staff, such as The cleaning ladies, were nice. The hotel do have a lot of attractions, but does not utilize all of them and most of The attractions Are closed.

A beautiful setting,scenery is magical,,but we got sick from the awful canteen style food which was the worst ever experienced on a holiday,,and spent the most of our long awaited holiday sick and really was our worst holiday ever,,the staff mostly lovely,,but food was so bad and location so far away from anything that we had no choice but to eat in the only restaurant open,,would never go back and still sick,home 2 days,never been as glad to get home from a holiday in our lives. Sad to say this is our experience

A hotel with Amazing Views and pleasant well cared for gardens. Apart from those 2 points there isn’t a lot of praise. I booked with Mistral Holidays & I won’t use them again. The rooms are quite basic, beds fairly comfortable. I didn’t like the fact that to iron clothes it was an extra charge. We had a large balcony with x 1 deck chair, we asked on several occasions for another 1 & they said that they’d given us 1 but the neighbouring room may have taken them! So they don’t have enough deck chairs! The shuttle service to the beach had stopped despite the hotel being very busy. And the din/ oops pop music at the pool! Even in my youth I wouldn’t want all that racquet going on all day. Out bathroom was in poor repair and actually mouldy/ dirty. The housekeeping ladies were pleasant and tried to do their best. The toilet seat was broken, enlarge photos to see the grubbiness. I actually think this is one of the worst hotels that I have stayed. I noticed in the hotel foyer there were lots of flies, I think they could have put in devices to help manage this. I agree with other reviews about the restaurants. Meals times often felt like a Bun fight’. for average food. The best part of the holiday was meeting the lovely people in our group. The tours were quite enjoyable. I also agree the hotel is very hilly & lots of steps without rails, I felt this especially my last 2 days when I contracted norovirus. I was so weak I could hardly face the steep inclines.
