I requested an early check-in and it was proved that when I showed up tell me that they made a mistake. I called the night before and spoke to a girl named Elizabeth and it was approved because they had the capa city. I drove 25 hours from New York and all I wanted to do was rest. I have to sleep in my car until 10:30 for the room. They had a lot of nerve to tell me that early check-in was for members only and I had to wait. I paid almost 200:00 for the room and that is how they responded.
