This hotel was big enough and I liked the layout of the hotel. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed but as it was an overnight and out stay over, it was passable, Was a little over priced for the condition it was in and needs some freshening up, but wasn’t terrible

The room was nasty, I found a bed bug at the time of check out, I took a photo showed the front desk and asked for a nights refund. They told me I need to wait until pest control comes and confirms. This was on a Saturday but was informed pest control won’t be there until Monday. I paid cash and I insisted to be refunded immediately. I was denied and was argued with about the situation from management. I never received a refund and was appalled by the lack of customer service. We asked for towels and it seemed to be a problem.At the time of check in we was told if we lost our deposit receipt paper we won’t get our deposit back, I have never experienced service like this! Breakfast was terrible and coffee task like water. The pool was dim, rusty and dirty. The ceiling was caving in from water damage. I overheard other guest complaints as they checked out. A cocktail cup was found in the bed upside down in a guests bed, another guests complaint was the ceiling was leaking and had to put the trash can to collect the water. Terrible Terrible customer service and terrible amenities!!! Do not stay !

Please look at the other terrible reviews for this property before you book. This hotel will make homelessness seem not so bad. I almost want to file divorce papers against my wife for letting me book this horrible place. No description is adequate to describe the conditions at this hotel. The only remedy is demolition of this property and sell the land to someone who knows how to run a hotel to rebuild. This hotel will make you want to never travel again. The best thing about a stay here is that no matter how horrible your current residence is it will seem like a castle on your return.

We stayed for 2 nights; we would have gone somewhere else but every other hotel in the area was booked due to family weekend at Miami. We did not have a working toilet in our room all weekend. We called the front desk to see if it could be fixed; we called 7 times from the phone in the room before googling the hotel number and calling the front desk from our personal phones. Only the did we finally get someone to answer. They dropped a plunger off at our door and said “call and let us know when you’re done with it.” Did not offer to help or stick around to make sure it was fixed. Thankfully we had a friend across the hall from us who shared their room key so we could go to the bathroom when needed throughout the night. Not only was the toilet completely backed up, but the shower also backed up when used. Every inch of the room was disgusting. There were dead flies stuck to the wall next to the bed. The a/c barely worked. There was water damage and mold in the hallway, and the ice machine on our floor was broken, even though we were told there was one on each floor. The entire place stunk, and we did not see a single housekeeping cart the entire time we were there. I would recommend staying literally ANYWHERE else.

I wanted to share my experience at the Comfort Suites Cincinnati North. While the staff was friendly and the location was decent, there were several negatives that made my stay less than satisfactory. Firstly, the room had a musty smell that was quite unpleasant. Despite attempts to improve the air quality, the smell persisted throughout my stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property left something to be desired. It seemed like the upkeep of the hotel was not a top priority. The pool area was particularly disappointing, as it was poorly maintained and quite baffling in its state. The water was murky and the hot tub was boarded up. Rust abounds. The breakfast provided was average at best. The food was cold and the selection was limited. While it was included in the price of the room, I would have preferred to pay extra for a better quality breakfast elsewhere. Overall, while the staff was friendly and the location was decent, the negatives of the musty room, unkept property, disgusting pool area, and average cold breakfast made my stay less than enjoyable. Stay somewhere else.
