Hotel yang bagus. Staf sangat membantu. Kami telah ditingkatkan ke kamar deluxe, dan oleh karena itu kami diperpanjang satu malam lagi untuk menghargai sikap penghargaan hotel kepada kami. Sungguh pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di sini di Cartel terutama tema kamarnya masing-masing berbeda-beda, jika kami punya waktu, kami mungkin mengganti kamar setiap hari. Konsep hotel kolaborasi adalah salah satu konsep yang ada di Cartel. Terima kasih atas keramahtamahannya.

(+) Hotel unik yang setiap kamarnya mempunyai tema berbeda, dan berkolaborasi dengan kreator dan ilustrator lokal Indonesia. Sangat lucu dan unik. Terletak di ‘Dago Atas’ dan memiliki pemandangan yang bagus. (+) Resepsionisnya juga sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Anda juga dapat meninggalkan barang Anda setelah check out. Dan kelebihannya juga dari hotel ini, pada saat memesan kamar, anda dapat memilih tema kamar yang ingin anda tempati dengan cara menghubungi resepsionis melalui telepon atau pada saat pemesanan anda tulis di catatan. (+) Kamarnya luas dan lucu banget dengan berbagai tema yang cocok untuk berfoto. Kamarnya juga sangat nyaman dan bersih. Kamar mandinya juga bersih. AC-nya sangat dingin. Berbagai macam makanan ringan disediakan (berbayar) dan air mineral juga disediakan (tidak berbayar). Ada kulkas mini juga. Dan saya menggunakan kamar dengan pemandangan luar yang sangat bagus. (+) Sarapan siap dari jam 7 pagi hingga 10 pagi. Sarapan ada di lantai 3, bersama dengan kafe. Kami diberi Rp. Voucher sarapan 100rb berlaku untuk 2 orang. Menu sarapannya 'English Breakfast', namun jika ingin memesan makanan lain di kafe harus membayar tambahan. (+) Hotel ini juga memiliki kafe atau restoran unik bertema Korea di lantai 3 dan terbuka untuk umum. Suasananya sangat unik dan kafenya sangat bagus. Dan di lantai G terdapat kafe ‘Filosofi Kopi’ bagi anda yang sekedar ingin bersantai. Namun semua kafe ini hanya beroperasi hingga jam 10 malam. Dan hotel ini juga memiliki lift. (-) Mereka tidak tepat waktu membersihkan kamar dari pengunjung sebelumnya sehingga saya harus menunggu 20 menit untuk itu. (-) Kamar mandinya kurang privasi, soalnya di kamar saya tidak ada kunci pintunya dan masih terlihat bayangan saat kita di kamar mandi.
