Good hotel as usual, sahur food even though delivered to the room but delicious and abundant. But the receptionist is the only worst service, especially when I wanted to check in again on 17-3-2025, when I wanted to register, my ID card was returned and told to come back at 2. Even though in any hotel in the world, they still serve first, register first, then wait for room availability. Generally if it's not full before check in time at 2 o'clock there is already one. This is the worst receptionist service in my experience staying at home and abroad. EMBARRASSING.
