The place is old and the family room we stayed really need a major renovation and a new air conditioner (the smell of old AC really bothers me). The lighting is also poor making the feeling staying here a bit creepy. The staff is nice and friendly but overall stay is not enjoyable in the room whe stayed. Sorry.

The room is Just okay, but terrible noisy. The AC, the fridge , the poolcleaningpump, the neighbours, but especially the trafic and karaoke bar nearby were terrible noisy too let alone the 4 o clock mesjid). Im used to some noise, but this was really frustrating. But the staff was very friendly and helpfull!

Every holiday I always stay at this hotel, the staff is friendly, the rooms and facilities are okay. Only this time the facilities I got were not so good, because the sitting toilet was a bit difficult to use, the pump or gas for the shower in the bathroom was a bit noisy, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and it was also a bit noisy from the next room like there was a repair going on

2 times staying at Tamansari, an amazing experience, a comfortable, spacious hotel, with a resort concept but it needs a little maintenance, hopefully Tamansari Hotel can continue to exist. Thank you.

The atmosphere is cool, beautiful, cool. Friendly service, cleanliness is okay, furniture is a bit old, the lift sometimes works or not, there is a swimming pool

Beautiful place.. feel at home.. swimming pool is okay.. but the floor has to be cleaned often because it's a bit slippery. The room is okay, but you need to pay more attention to the cleanliness under the bed. Overall the hotel is okay. Nice trip.
