XO Cape Arnna Fethiye

I am very grateful for these grate people and very happy. We were on honeymoon for 7 nights at everything was just great. Thank you guys for your hospitality and your great job. Will see you again excatly😌👍

Fantastic I have to say mert in the goat bar wow … he deserves a promotion what an exceptional waiter… really stood out to me … he’s looking to see who’s waiting and he’s orchestrating other waiters if you had more waiters like him wow you couldn’t fail I’d love him to work in one of my bars truly exceptional polite and just brilliant

My family of 3 (me, husband and daughter aged 5) stayed at the XO Cape Arnna for 7 nights at the end of August, staying in a triple comfort resort room. Check in upon arrival was quick and the welcome friendly. As our transfer arrived via the security gate and the name on the reservation was shared with security, it would be an improvement in service if this information is shared with the hotel reception team so that guests are greeted by name and basic information about guests known in advance. Our room was very comfortable for three people but there is a distinct lack of storage. Whilst housekeeping came daily, our minibar was often overlooked and we had to call for a restock of water and soft drinks a couple of times. We were also very surprised to learn that they don’t offer a turn down service as has been standard in every other five star hotel we have stayed in, however when I enquired at guest relations, I was told I could ring down for fresh towels at any time. Our room was located in the family Block 2, top floor, and had wonderful views of the sea and overlooked the swim up area. The noise from the hotel next door could be heard every night (one night it started at 10:30pm and went on until the wee hours) but we use white noise for our daughter and it drowned out most of the thudding so didn’t massively disrupt us but definitely something to be aware of. The family pool area is very nice with lots of sun loungers but by 10am, there were very few available. Service at the pool area is via a QR code at each sun lounger but on occasion, drinks took 20-30mins to arrive at the family pool as it gets very busy but you could use the beach fridge for soft drinks/ beer and help yourself to waters at each bar area. The whole pool area is possibly one of the cleanest I have ever seen and the cleaning staff have a constant but discreet presence. The family pool is 1.4m and was very busy with families and lots of inflatables so not ideal if your child is in that in between stage of swimming proficiency. The adult pool areas were very chilled and a great haven from the busy main pools so if you can, they are definitely worth trying. Drinks service was better at these pools as well. Restaurants and food quality is varied. Reservations for the al carte restaurants is not slick as you need to visit the coffee shop at a certain time or guest relations between certain hours and there were always queues but they did move quickly. We were able to book 2 of the 3 restaurants we wanted to try and settled for the 3rd but all reservations were in our final days of holiday as everything was booked up. We ate at Tiny Bites (dinner), Glimpse (only 18+ at lunch) and Kafi and these were fabulous meals. Food was of a much higher quality at these restaurants and I wouldn’t have minded paying extra for additional visits to any of these (if we could get a table!). We have just returned from XO Cape Arnna. The hotel, the pools, waterslides, beach and outside areas are all amazing. The only issue that we experienced was that children need to be 12 years old and over 1.2 metres to ride on the big slides. The age was not mentioned on TUI website so definitely something to bear in mind considering we purposely book hotels with slides for our children. The drinks were really good, all premium brands such as Smirnoff, JD, Corona etc. Cocktails were really good and ordering on the app means that you don’t need to move from your loungers! Food was good but some more variety would be nice, some days were the same. Staff are really attentive and would even remember our orders at the Goat pub. Overall, it’s the best holiday we’ve had. Shame that the prices for next year are significantly higher, which means we are unlikely to visit again.

Family holiday and 20 years since I was last in Turkey and a lot has changed. XO Cape Arnna opened April 2025 so all nice and shiny. First impression was very good, check in efficient, rooms good with a good balcony view. Plenty of places to eat, buffet restaurant you really are spoilt for choice on breakfast, dinner and tea. For me the best two restaurant were the Italian and the Greek the others were pretty much of a muchness. Service good in the restaurants and all other parts of the hotel. Front desk was hit and miss thankfully more hit than miss. Down side for me, although there was a good selection of food, the quality was not what I would expect from a prestigious establishment.

What a fantastic experience we have had! Not only did we enjoy the hospitality of the team , hotel, amazing food and drink, pools and entertainment . However, the main highlight was the incredible trapeze team - Efe, Ali, Juan who taught , nurtured, coached my enthusiastic daughter new trapeze skills ! You guys are amazing !!!
