Liberty Signa - All Inclusive

I stayed at Liberty Signa Hotel with my family and had a very unpleasant experience. A staff member from guest relations named Leila was extremely unprofessional and rude. She sided with another family who had taken our sunbeds without even listening to us, and when other guests supported us, she still dismissed us saying, “It’s your last day, I don’t care.” Her attitude was unacceptable and felt clearly discriminatory. To make things worse, I had a serious allergic reaction and severe swelling in my feet, likely from something I ate at the hotel. Despite this visible and painful condition, no one, including Leila who saw me, offered help. I ended up hospitalized and am still recovering. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful service or basic health and safety awareness. Avoid if you expect to be treated with dignity.

We had a disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived late at night, the reception staff were clueless and unhelpful. Only the night manager, Orhan, knew what to do and solved our issue professionally. By the pool, we had taken sunbeds and went briefly to get food and drinks. Another group came, removed our belongings, placed theirs, and left. When they returned, they falsely reported us to guest relations. Leyla from guest relations handled it terribly—she was rude, didn’t listen, and refused to check the cameras even when we offered. A nearby guest confirmed we were there first, but we were still treated unfairly. The only good parts were the Fish Restaurant, Turkish Restaurant, Timeless Restaurant, and the drinks. Everything else, especially the service, needs serious improvement. Staff training is urgently needed.

We’ve been here for a week and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves , All the staff have been absolutely amazing, so helpful and kind . My children especially have LOVED the staff at kids club aswell . Aybüke has been so lovely and friendly we have really enjoyed the trampoline jumping with her it’s been so fun ! The food is outstanding . And they do the best coffee !! The rooms are spotless and the cleaners do an amazing job . Will definitely come back again

We were initially hesitant to stay here due to the reports of “building work” but we were absolutely blown away and it is easily one of the best family holidays we have had. We travelled with a young child (just under two) and the splash park and kids club was exceptional for her. The staff are so friendly and kind towards children and she had so much fun. The kids club has a soft play, full playground, movie nights and mini disco every night. Perfect for families! The splash park and slides are so good! There are also lifeguards on duty at every pool. The food is amazing, so much choice and some of the best all inclusive food we have come across, I honestly don’t know what people have to complain about. It is spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff do a great job. We were offered welcome drinks, taken through the hotels facilities and everything was clear. We had a direct pool access room and this was amazing for when our little one was napping as we were so close to both the pool and room. The resort is big and the beach area is also lovely. We never return to the same place twice but we would happily go back here as it was such good family experience. Service at meal times can be a bit slow for drinks but this was at busy times and when the staff were dealing with really wet areas after rainfall. People saying this is “terrible” is an over reaction. Be aware that the transfer is at least 45 mins to an hour but wow it’s worth it! Thank you for a great family holiday!

The hotels was fantastic, the food was great and the Al a carte Italian restaurant was our favourite. The kids club was were brilliant and my daughter’s favourite part. They had fantastic activities on every day. Would recommend for family’s

We've got the best things to say about Liberty Signa. Our stay was fabulous! The hotel strikes the perfect balance between being family friendly and adult fun. Our 5 year-old absolutely loved the kids club. There are tons of activities every day and the Kids Club staff are wonderful! Special thank you to Buse and Snezanna!
