Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Cicendo

The hotel was going through renovation works. I asked for non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the corridor smelled of smoke. When I increased the fan speed of the aircon, the smoke smell intensified. I had a hard time trying to sleep. The toilet flush was faulty and continued flushing. The hotel prides itself as an environmentally friendly establishment but when asked to borrow cutleries, the staff informed that they do not loan such items. These practices will encourage guests to use disposables. Breakfast spread was average. Tried to call staff for assistance with luggage for check out but line was busy for 10 min. Brought down luggage on my own for check out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Citradream Bandung during my trip to Indonesia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Everything are very fine about this hotel... Only need to cross the road when came out from station bandung.Clean and really friendly staff.... The only thing need to change is the breakfast choices... almost same items when we stay here for 3 days but if we came back to bandung again... 100% we will book this hotel again ...

I hv been staying in this hotel fr several time n its really comfortable. Near to train station n Paskal mall. Breakfast lot of variety n taste nice. Bathroom in rooms small n light dim. Staff helpful.

Hotel is good location, near Pasteur toll gate, attached to the mall which means it is easy to find food. Staffs are friendly. Check in check out is fast and efficient. Room is good, not too small or too big. View from the room (712) is spectacular, you can see two mountains. Wifi connection is fast enough, TV is also equipped with YouTube. Recommended 👍

Very happy for children swim front of room, but water to cold. for food restaurant just low budget buffet, only rice, noodle, chicken, bread, coffe, tea, so it's bad for breakfast.

Nice place to stay when you are on vacation to Bandung. Room is clean & spacious, the location very strategic, the rate is affordable. Try once, you wont regret it!

Breakfast is good, the front and staff are very friendly and the condition of the room is good. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away by foot, so it is convenient for restaurants, ATMs, etc. It looks like it takes 10-20 minutes by car to Braga street.
