View looking towards carpark but not too bad. Also it has a cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit! Free chocolates when checking in & checking out… sooo sweet!

Fruitful breakfast but taste is just ok. 3 persons slept in one room but the sofa bed is too soft and not comfortable. Nice and helpful keepers

I just didn't appreciate one of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant looking angry on a few occasions. On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said "Wait!" rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me. The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

離車站非常近，早餐算不錯。逛庫爾附近的景點也很方便，旁邊還有百貨公司、超市，購物方便，也有提供交易券，房間很大又有浴缸，舒適。

這酒店裝修很好，位置也很方便，很近火車站，但各細節非常有問題。 首先，廁所傳出惡臭，與酒店方反應後，對方使用空氣清新劑（如圖）都不能解決問題，當要求換房時，酒店方只表示系統出錯，然後就沒有任何跟進，即使多次反映及聯絡也表示沒辦法處理。 其次，酒店的電話根本沒反應，完全聯絡不到前台，每次需要直接走到前台查詢，與前台反映後，對方表示這是正常。 第三，房間的面紙只有能看到的2張，然後就沒有了。 所有問題，最後一直拖延到第二天check-out也沒有任何跟進，要求退款或補償也拒絕。 這是我住過的酒店中其中一次最差的一次體驗，完全沒想過，竟然是在瑞士！

這是我這次瑞士旅行入住的性價比最高的酒店。房間很大，地理位置很好，周圍去哪兒都方便，價格也便宜，離開時還給了巧克力。
