Hotels in Wenyuan Lion City / Longchuan Bay Scenic Area, Chun'an

Eight years ago, a friend introduced me to this treasure resort hotel. At that time, the owner was still Shanghai Greenland. The use of Greenland Platinum luxury brand was enough to show the owner's inves**ent and positioning in this project. However, not long after, the owner resold the hotel to Hangzhou local owner Xintiandi and renamed it Pushi brand. Despite this, the excellent features of the hotel have been preserved. All 82 guest rooms are designed with Hui-style courtyards, which are integrated with the local culture at the junction of Zhejiang and Anhui in the Xin'an River Basin. Each guest room has its own characteristic vegetation in the courtyard. The housekeeper took it to the door of the mansion, and the lantern with the owner's surname 🏮 restored the culture of the wealthy folk houses in Wenyuan Lion City to the extreme, and the stay experience was instantly enhanced. The Hui-style courtyard of Xin'an Garden, where I stayed this time, adopts a three-entry design. The first entrance uses a traditional key to open the door to see the outdoor courtyard. The second entrance is the indoor living hall, and the third entrance is the second-floor bedroom. The traditional wooden house style design instantly brings an immersive Jiangnan vacation experience. The bathroom is large and equipped with a double basin design and a deep soaking bathtub. At a time when cost control of toiletries is popular, it is still adhering to the original intention of using more hygienic small bottles. You can enjoy the hotel's fitness facilities, tour the replica of the ancient city and perform all day. If it weren't for the lack of privacy in the ancient city, it would be a substitute for Amman or Ritz-Carlton Hidden Resort, but the room rate may be only 10% of theirs, how cost-effective it is. In terms of service, three of us checked in, and the front desk took the initiative to arrange for additional quilts and toiletries, greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process, and guided us to introduce the hotel facilities and how to use them, which was very professional. The only two weaknesses are that the quality of the hotel's catering has a lot of room for improvement. During the New Year, the Chinese restaurant only has set meals available and the price of the dishes has increased a lot. The quality of the breakfast ingredients in the buffet restaurant is too low, which is not in line with the hotel's positioning. The swimming pool opens too late, and I hope it will be improved.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

The family room is clean and hygienic, super suitable for a family of four. The staff and host of the hotel were very enthusiastic. They lent us fishing supplies and led us to the exclusive fishing area of this homestay, just on the edge of Qiandao Lake. My family Xiaobao likes that small fishing rod very much, and it is a great time to play. Watching the small fish keep hooking, he can have fun. Be sure to chat with the grandmother who cooks in the kitchen. Grandma leads the children to dig sweet potato pumpkins to pick corn and autumn sunflowers in the vegetable field, and let us dig all kinds of vegetables to take home 😀 Pure natural no pesticides. Every breakfast here is that Grandma just picked it in the field, and ordered a local chicken soup for dinner, which is a fragrant. It doesn't matter if the chicken soup is not finished, the next morning Grandma uses the chicken soup.

This stay at the hotel in town exceeded my expectations. Although it's in town, the accommodation was far superior to nearby guesthouses and hotels: the room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It's worth mentioning that the owner was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and proactively recommending nearby attractions, making my itinerary planning much easier. This stay was warm and thoughtful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Although it was rainy when I checked in, it was quite clear in rainy weather. There was a free parking lot in the park. There were many rabbits in the park. It was so cute. The park walked around, the scenery was good, and there was a wooden house courtyard. It was suitable for a family to stay together.
