真的很滿意，感覺心目中的千島湖洲際又迴歸了。第一次入住是13年，感覺棒極了，後來幾乎每年都去，自從從商務轉型親子後總舉得差強人意，所以這幾年沒怎麼去住，這次入住感覺不僅品質迴歸，而且親子這方面做的更加極致，早餐還有零到兩歲、兩歲到四歲的寶寶餐。太讚了！雖然我女兒大了，沒用到，但我感受到了誠意。管家Vera，也提前加了微信詢問下榻時間來接送，遊艇票價也有申請到兩個一米三孩子的小童票，謝謝。早餐和晚餐自助都品質在線。

前台負責辦理入住的那位男士服務很好，主動幫我們解決了很多問題。洲際體驗大使黑天鵝Kate服務也很好。
房間床品都很乾凈。房間設計很適合親子。

因為是生日，提前讓酒店佈置了一下房間，酒店還貼心地送了蛋糕。房間的視野不錯，可以看到湖。贈送的新鋭旅拍效果也不錯。總體比較滿意。

管家服務還行，職責範圍內的都能及時解決。日落很美，小童樂園小朋友玩的也很開心。衞生一般，枕頭上有血漬。設施和環境都差強人意，設施老舊，除濕機聲音巨大。沒有訂湖景房，但是外面就是屋頂，視野也太差了。自助餐口味一般，甜點味道不錯。總體來説，和其他同品牌的差距不小，和其他洲際也有差距。
