That was a nice stay for a friend’s birthday. The location is a bit off but if you’re looking for a relaxing place this hotel is a nice option. We brought a dog and didn’t have any problems. The pool is nice, the view is great. The breakfast is Chinese, so was nothing for us to eat. But I’d still recommend this hotel.

The rooms were not fully cleaned, there was nothing to eat in the restaurant downstairs, the location is far from all entertainment venues and there are no taxis. The staff is inexperienced. I stayed at the hotel and on the third day I asked for my room to be cleaned and I left the hotel, when I came back 2 hours later my room was not cleaned, the staff said they were working very hard instead of saying they had forgotten. There is no stock in the restaurant downstairs that they put in their shop window. The pool is filthy and it is possible to see dead insects. When I ordered fish soup, they brought a bad soup made by mixing dried fish and pork (price 300 RMB). Of course, this hotel also has its good sides. For example, they are animal lovers and have very nice dogs, the owner of the hotel is helpful and friendly, the view from the room is very nice. In short, a hotel that I will not stay again and will not recommend.

找到了一個千島湖寶藏小店，民宿就在白小網上，靠山傍水，天然氧吧，寵物友好，服務非常到位，朋友都説杭州有這樣的服務已經很少見了，給點個贊，吃的旁邊就有農家樂，民宿還衹帶免費早餐以及下午茶，都非常不錯，下次來千島湖還會選擇這家民宿[強]
