Lovely atmosphere! The staff is very helpful, especially Sravani (excuse me if I’ve spelled it wrong) The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Thank you, everyone—please keep up the great work! Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Damp seats, WiFi up the creek and door card keys that didn’t work after 1 use. Not impressed, which is a shame because it is nice little town

I love coming back to this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel is really clean and well looked after. I really like how hotel manager Lynn greets you with a smile. Room was quiet and warm when arriving which is great as it was so cold outside. I will continue to keep coming back here as it is amazing! Thank you all of the team.

Incredible value, clean room, a good nights sleep and a decent shower in the morning. A perfect place to rest your head whilst visiting family.

Stayed for one night before an early morning flight from Bournemouth airport. Recommended car park, Saxon Square, ticket machines do not accept credit card payments - cash or payment by card by phone or app. It is a bit of a dingy walk to the reception entrance in the dark and if you are not familiar with the location I can see the potential to go around the houses to find it. Hotel is probably the best Travelodge I have stayed in, clean and fresh and spacious with a small bathroom, the shower could do with a better curtain. We were on the second floor and had a quiet night’s sleep although the room was stifling hot and had to have the windows open in December. Tea and coffee supplies are meagre with no extras to help yourself to in reception like other properties, desk wasn’t manned so couldn’t ask for additional supplies. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. If I have another early start I would certainly stay here again.

My stay at Travelodge Christchurch was convenient and comfortable overall. The room was clean, and all essential amenities were close by. However, I faced a minor issue with the soap dispenser but didn’t report it as I had my own toiletries. The lack of dining options was a drawback, especially during rainy weather. Breakfast was “on the go,” making it challenging to find meals in adverse conditions. I suggest Travelodge consider partnering with nearby eateries or adding an in-house restaurant to enhance guest convenience. Despite this, the staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to explore the area.
