I enjoy my stay and the motel was very good present and great service and great location

Don't think our room has had a decent clean for awhile there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The shower leaked all over the floor very unsafe. the walls I'm the kitchen area were greasy. Wouldn't stay here again

Great location and friendly staff. Pictures online looked great, however, our room was filthy and smelt weird. The sheets were clean thank goodness. Walls and windows were so very grubby with marks and sticky fingerprints, and skirting boards had a layer of dust and dirt. Corners of rooms had dust and hair. Drain in bathroom absolutely reeked so we covered with towels- looked like it was full of hair, grime and what looked like toilet paper. Seals around bath/shower were mouldy as was around the plug in sink. Dusty furniture. Lots of light coming in through the night so no good of you are sensitive to light when sleeping. Beds were hard as rocks- husband now had a sore back and my hips ache (we are in our 20’s). Unfortunately we will not be returning here in the future.

Good for a night stay. Location is near to train station and 15 mins taxi ride to airport. Bed is firm, but do not have electric blanket in it. Room size is sufficient for us to spread our 4 luggages (2 big 2 small) at the same time. Water pressure in bathroom is very good.

Good location Handy to shops, buses etc

Biggest concern was proximity to a busy road (Clarence Street). This road has traffic passing all hours and the noise heard from my room was loud even with all windows and doors closed. Further investment in sound proofing would make a huge difference. Other than this the room was clean and tidy though a little worn and tired in places (eg chair upholstery thinning, shower seals/edges worn, previous damage to heater). Bed was okay, springs feeling a little old and weak but not uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. Cobwebs around the ceilings, skirting boards & walls were marked & dirty, and cushions were stained. Curtains were not hung properly, but thankfully the bathroom & kitchen facilities were tidy. Just not upto the standard we were used too.

Close to shops and wedding venue. Bathroom lights not working, very dirty behind entrance door, chairs need repair. Gardens neglected.

Stayed for several nights. Everything was clean and tidy and the manager was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shops and public transport.
