民宿價格確實比較便宜，在師院北門斜對面建築的四樓，且沒有電梯上樓，旅行箱要自己提上四樓，累死個人。 家庭出遊訂了兩間房，房間還比較寬敞，其中一間房衞生間台盆下水壞了，使用的時候會漏水，老闆來修了一下但是沒有修好。另一間房衞生間有小黑飛蟲。房間的投影很大效果不錯。床墊太軟睡得腰痛，好在民宿還比較安靜。民宿離師院夜市小吃街還有一段距離，所在是一條背街，出行不是太方便。
