The hotel in conveniently situated just behind the train station. The rooms and the reception are on the 12th floor. The rooms is spacious, clean and functional. It has everything needed. The bed is huge and super comfortable. The shower is hot and has strong water pressure, so satisfying 👌🏼 I had no idea upon booking - but the hotel serves breakfast at the reception. You can leave your luggage at the reception after check out as well. Before leaving Wulong the lady offered me a cup of coffee. Very kind and attentive staff. Communication is via WeChat, which is very convenient since I don’t speak any Chinese. That way I got all the information needed about going to the mountains. Highly recommended.

The hotel is directly across the street from the Wulong train station - so very convenient for getting to and away from Wulong. The room was well appointed, although there was no minibar/fridge as described in the room amenities. There is a generous and good breakfast buffet (both western and chinese). The front desk staff though are the downfall of this hotel. They were unengaged and unenthusiastic when faced with a foreign tourist who needed to communicate via google translate. It was really difficult to get clear information on how to get to and from Wulong. There were a lot of conflicting answers and it just felt that everything was lost in translation. They told me the bus to Wulong was just in front of the hotel - it is not. It is a 10 minute walk down the road at the bus station. I also asked about getting to the Wulong Impression show and they informed me that a private driver was the only way to get there at a specific price range. In the end one of the front desk girls' ended up going WITH me in a taxi (presumably driven by her boyfriend or husband?) to the show and tried to get an extra 100 RMB out of me for the ride. It all felt a bit sketchy.
