Facilities: It is very close to the airport. Although earplugs are provided, it is not noisy at all. The sound insulation is much better than expected. The passenger terminal is also very close. It is very convenient to take a taxi or light rail. Hygienic: The room is clean and the bathroom has no smell; Service: The front desk clerk is very good and very warm

The hotel was initially not easy to find as we arrived at 2am in the morning and there were construction going on in front of the hotel, the receptionist was kind to come down to the street to bring us up to the hotel. I enjoyed especially interacting with Xiaodu the Chinese version of Siri, getting Xuaodu to do certain chores like closibg the curtains, turning on aircon, etc.

I had a great sleep here. Quiet, heating or cooling air conditioning on the upper level, spacious. Lots of lighting controls. Well suited for families. I cannot give this hotel full marks however because a reason I choose it was that trip.com said it has a fitness room but that was closed. We were warned in advance about an overnight power outage but one still wonders why this happened. Maybe this is just what happens in China!

I had a wonderful experience at Binle and highly recommend. The price is reasonable, the rooms have a decent amount of space and feel open, as well as nice views. The gym has many amenities including a host of lifting equipment sometimes not found in Chinese hotels, a yoga room, cycling room, cardio equipment, and even a boxing ring. The staff were very friendly and proactive in making my stay comfortable. I had a nice conversation with Cathy, the hotel director, who took me aside to learn why I chose the hotel, and who even helped me navigate some traveling in China logistics questions. Other staffers also proactively reached out and asked if I needed any more water bottles in my room, or if they could extend my checkout, having remembered when I told them when my flight leaving Chongqing was. I rated the location a 4, but it's more like a 4.5. it's close to the airport and some nice food areas but a little ways from the city center (20 min or so). Overall, highly recommend. I will be coming back here if I come back to Chongqing.

One of my family’s favorite stay! The room was so spacious and the smart feature was interesting. My mom keep talking with xiaodu (it’s like google home) and ordering it to close/open the curtain. The location is close to the station and airport compare to if you live in city center but we stayed there to catch a morning flight so it was convenient. The lady at the front desk was helpful too, she helped us to contact our next hotel to arrange a pickup. The small restaurant just beside the hotel building is cheap but delicious too. One of the hotel my mom keep bragging about even after we come home. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel room is very large, with complete facilities inside the room, including a washing machine and a projector. It is very enjoyable to watch movies, and the screen is super large. There is also a large bathtub in the room. I didn't enjoy a bath because I was in a hurry. There is also a smart toilet in the bathroom, which is very comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time. The front desk lady is also very gentle. I will stay here next time

It is really a treasure hotel. I don't understand where those bad reviews come from. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in during my visit to Chongqing. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The service is also very good. They are very considerate and prepared a travel guide for Chongqing. If I stayed in this hotel on the first day of my visit to Chongqing, my impression of Chongqing would be better. They also have an employee weekly, an excellent employee selection, and knowledge imparting of room hygiene and cleaning. This hotel made me see the excellence in management and the sense of belonging of the employees to the hotel. The unity of the whole staff during the difficult period of hotel operation. It is really a five-star hotel and is worth recommending to every traveler.

Really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. They gave me their WeChat so i could ask questions..had free laundry on the third floor and a patio garden which is very nice. I got free breakfast which was small but very appreciated (Chinese fare: noodles dumplings etc). Very close to the airport and close to testing stations just far away from the downtown but just depends on what u wanna do. Would stay again!

The first time I stayed, I saw a high score on the Internet. I planned to experience it. It was a worthwhile trip. The front desk lady at the hotel was very good and welcoming. She was responsive. The phone was connected in one second. I was very patient to listen to my demands. I had to like it. The room was clean and comfortable. There was sweet mineral water in the room. After drinking, I found the front desk lady and took a few bottles without charging extra. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room was well lit and quiet. I also like the decoration style of the hotel. It is simple and atmospheric. Parking around is also very convenient. There is a small business district next to it. There is quite a lot of food. The parking space recommended by Miss Sister is very favorable. There is a large supermarket about a few tens of meters walk. I will come next time. It is worth recommending ✌🏻.

地址就在火車北站南廣場旁邊，入住、乘坐高鐵都很方便快捷，主樓是別緻的高大的圍合型建築，賓館大廳空間很高，房間離電梯和安全出口都很近，前往電梯間乘坐電梯需刷房卡才能進入門禁，入住及離店時都有工作人員很熱心地幫推送大行李箱過門禁，出入方便安全。房間很大，空氣清新，衞生間乾濕三分離做得不錯，潔具乾淨到反光發亮，高支棉床上用品潔白乾凈柔軟，電吹風及酒店幾件套等應有盡有，但倡導環保節約型理念很贊。前廳部工作人員服務很熱情，和客房部一起對旅客小需求響應及時快速到位。
