Room 66 is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, coffee bags, tea bags and small refrigerators. It is very convenient to drink frozen water when it is hot. The overall stay experience is good. I will choose this one next time.

We went to many hotels in china and this was the best one so far! Their service was the best out of the many hotels we went. They pay attention to every single details and were meticulous to make sure their guests stay was comfortable. Love the table and chair setting and they provided a tea set as well. Their blanket was so comfortable and we felt so at home throughout our stay. Location was great without needing to worry about finding food as there are many eateries nearby. We went there during the mid autumn festival and hotel even gave us a fruit platter and 2 mooncakes which was delicious. Breakfast was perfect to start the day before all the spiciness we were going to eat later on that chongqing has to offer. Every staff there was extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to 小坤 who even had a itinerary done and places to visit around chongqing and places to eat around the hotel. I would proudly say their service has exceeded those other 5 star hotel establishments we have stayed in other places. I would definitely stay in this place if i am back in chongqing again. My friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, I’ve been in China for several years and this is definitely one of the very best I’ve stayed in. From the get go the staff was excellent, especially Hebe from reception who checked us in and gave both my friend and I an upgrade when it turned out his room had a strong smell of cigarette. She was particularly polite and friendly throughout our stay, and we were impressed with the rest of the staff too. The rooms look great, as good as they do on the pictures, and they are spacious and comfortable. Mattresses are of western standard. The location is also excellent, very close to most attractions in the city, and only about 30 minutes from the airport. There is also a Lawson convenience store next door to the hotel, and you can order food deliveries to your door from *******. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable for the value you get! I would definitely stay there again on future visits to Chongqing.

Good nice hotel, however had a bad experience with a particular hotel restaurant employee of which we were made to look like culprits after a public dressing down from her. However, the manager in charge, Mr. Li Ping, intervened and after listening to our side of the story handled the matter very professionally and courteously and understood the matter. Mr. Li Ping is an example of how a professional a person can be and customer service is not all about just meeting customers unreasonable demands (of which were not in our case) and we were extremely satisfied at how he carried out his job. Kudos to Li Ping, and that he is a real asset to Hilton! Keep up the great job!
