為了一頓烤魚特地來萬州，應該是萬州最好的酒店了，前廳部前台況維非常熱情好客，解決房間問題，響應及時，處理迅速，幹練，對客人熱情健談，彬彬有禮又親切，會詳細介紹酒店和萬州特色，特別讚賞，為旅途下榻酒店加分，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生，也住了上百個五星了，這樣的前台很加分！MOD也很健談，好酒店，下次還會入住！

酒店在萬州的中心區——萬達廣場。停車方便，免費。酒店前台服務態度很好。設施很齊全，夠得上四星級標準。麻雀雖小五臟俱全。房間具體情況見圖。總體感覺房間面積有點緊張，從性價比的角度來説，不太理想。

本來要去雲陽住的，看到這家酒店所以特意選擇來萬州住了。早餐比較豐富，酒店安排的房間也比較滿意，送了歡迎水果。對於家庭出行，房間的衞生比較滿意，樓層也安靜。下次來萬州還會訂這家酒店，希望會有一些高樓層安靜無煙家庭房。這種級別的酒店，前台和餐飲工作人員態度和質素要明顯要好很多。
