Clean hotel and friendly front desk. Near to hongya dong, can easily take Didi. Also walking distance to train station. Very convenient! Hair dryer can be better as not hot enough. Downstair have restaurants n convenience store.

We're from Malaysia. Booked this hotel in Ctrip. Awesome hotel. Location is convenient, few steps away from Line 3 Subway Station. 3 stops from North train station. The hotel is of modern and advanced setting, marble- flooring, room card-operated access in elevator. It's super clean and the bed was comfortable. Ease of getting ready with 3 separated sections for lavatory, toilet and shower. They offer complimentary washer, dryer, steam ironing facilities, and detergent. There were 2 bottles of water, 3-in1 Vietnamese coffee and Lipton tea, everyday. All the staff gave superb customer service! They're warm and friendly. Special mention to 小张，小邓。We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. Indeed a 5-star treat at great value!

The view in front of the restaurant is not as it shows in the photo. No fish pond and the air conditioner is not cooling.

Good locations north of the city. Subway was located right there. There could be better food selections. Regarding the building it provided laundry (small) and a tiny gym. Got the job done. Service was good and place was relatively clean.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed! There is a free underground parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving! The hotel also upgraded the room type for free. The two beautiful girls at the front desk were very friendly and introduced the precautions and the transportation and food around the hotel! The room was very clean and tidy. I booked a room by the road, but the room window was double-glazed, so it was very quiet at night! There is a subway station 100 meters away from the hotel (remember it is called Zhengjiayuanzi Station), and there are breakfast, noodles and other food around. I will stay here again when I return to Chongqing in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the subway station. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the facilities are very good. The design is reasonable. The rooms are equipped with soundproof windows and are very quiet. The hotel service is very enthusiastic and the girl at the front desk is very nice. I highly recommend it.

Located between the city center and Ciqikou, it is convenient to go anywhere and the light rail and taxi are cheap. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and recommends delicious hot pot restaurants and Sichuan restaurants nearby.

When I checked out, I took two back to give to my friends at the front desk. 2. The facilities are very complete, which is very friendly to business travelers. There is a table for office use. When you are free, you can sit by the window and drink tea. It is still a little cozy, hahaha, and there are free tea bags and coffee, which is really great. The lighting design of the room is very reasonable, it belongs to the warm wind, and it feels very good. The toilet and bathroom are separated, and the design is particularly reasonable. The hotel is also equipped with self-service washing machines and dryers, laundry detergent and sterilizing liquid. I have to say that this is really thoughtful. Although other hotels have washing machines when I went on business trips before, there are no dryers, and they are laundry detergents. By the way, there are also self-service hanging ironing machines. I have to say that the hotel owner is more thoughtful. 3. There were some minor incidents during the stay. Not only is it convenient to eat, but the transportation is also very convenient. There is Line 3 subway outside. The next day, I took the subway to Guanyinqiao with my family. It was very convenient to go to the subway for three or four stations.
