這絕對是我住了這麼多年酒店經歷中最糟糕的一次體驗！如果有0分，我會毫不遲疑給0分！房間裏的馬桶沖水以後會一直有噪音，吵得人根本沒法睡覺！第一次前台叫了一個工程師傅上來看，那人脾氣非常火爆，很明顯的噪音他卻説根本沒有任何聲音，一切都是正常的！當我説再叫一個工作人員上來現場聽一聽的時候，這人直接開始發飆，一副要跟人幹仗的氣勢和態度，問我要怎樣！這哪是酒店，簡直是以前黑惡勢力殘留下來的黑店！問題不處理不解決拒接溝通，我找前台，前台竟然説現在晚上12點了，大家都要休息！的確是該休息了，你們的馬桶一直髮出刺耳的噪音，請問我又怎麼休息？最後打了派出所電話，這些人態度才有所緩和，最後又上去房間裏看了下，簡單處理了一下噪音就沒有了，我最後躺下睡覺已經是凌晨1點多了！這麼橫的酒店，我平生第一次見！
