房間挺大的，設施齊全乾凈衞生，晚上睡覺也很安靜，房間內的電視還可以投屏，看電影之類的挺不錯的。工作人員都很耐心，有需求都有及時迴應，還告知了7樓有自助洗衣房，洗衣服務特別貼心，離地鐵站很近，去哪都特別方便，我們還諮詢了前台妹妹去他們本地人去的觀音橋吃了美食，真的好好吃，周圍也有老社區，可以吃到地道的重慶美食，會給朋友推薦這家酒店的，主要是新裝修的，是我們喜歡的環境，很滿意的

住了一晚，酒店整體體驗不錯，位置很好，離地鐵站很近，交通方便，從這裏坐車到熱門景點很方便，到三峽博物館、大禮堂走一會兒就到了。
再説房間，乾淨整潔，是新裝修的感覺，但是沒有味道，前台主動詢問我們要求，並且安排在了頂層。
窗户隔音很好，值得一提的是，窗外樓下是體育館廣場，沒有車流聲音，前台也主動提醒外面廣場晚上7-9點有廣場舞，不過還好我們玩到很晚才回來，對我們沒有影響。
最後要點名表揚一下前台的陳羽，小陳很熱情，業務熟練，服務態度極好，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

我們是凌晨到的，酒店前台小姐姐特別熱情詢問我們對房間的要求，給我們選了一個非常滿意的房間。我家寶貝對酒店的送物機器人非常感興趣，讓前台送了幾次東西，前台小姐姐都非常有耐心。在7樓洗衣房洗衣服的時候發現前面有人在洗，工作人員發現後主動幫忙洗衣和烘乾，他們的洗衣服務真的值得點贊，非常感謝。早餐有我最喜歡的重慶小麪，阿姨還仔細詢問了我的口味，必須好評

帶上家裡小孩出來旅遊，在網上看點評選的這家店，因為他們家在體育館附近，小朋友每天早上要跑步，所以出來玩就選擇了這家，一入住真的滿意，前台服務員特別熱情，一進門就給我們端水，大廳還有冰的檸檬水，小朋友特別喜歡，最暖心的是還有洗衣服務，去取衣服的時候，阿姨正準備給我們送過來，真的特別熱情，這家酒店的服務質量超乎我的預期！對於我這種單獨帶小朋友出來旅遊玩的，真的是一次很滿意的體驗

工作人員服務態度很好，客氣又禮貌，各方面都挑不出毛病，來打五星，洗衣服務也很棒，還能幫我們送到房間裏面來。而且交通也方便，距離洪崖洞，解放碑各個景點都很近。真的很滿意了！

這家酒店環境和服務都很好，早餐質量不錯，種類豐富，非常喜歡他家招牌如家這碗小麪，阿姨還會來詢問你的口味，有沒有忌口的，超暖心，7樓還有洗衣房可以洗衣房，前台還同意了我們的延遲退房的申請，必須給個好評。
