The location is perfect, very close to the Ring shopping mall. The hotel is new and the room is good. However, there are smoke smells at the toilet area at random hours. Perhaps the room is not fully insulated from smoke if there is a person smoking at the room next door.

Newly opened hotel but taxi has difficulties to locate the hotel because they have to go through a car park.
Location is average although plenty of malls and food outlets but is far from sight seeing areas which need to take taxi to every where in downtown.

此次入住體驗遠超預期，酒店的各項服務詮釋了待客之道。從踏入大堂起，前台人員熱情周到的接待以及專業高效的入住流程與詳盡的設施導覽盡顯細緻用心。客房服務團隊響應迅捷，無論是宵夜需求的配送，還是臨時增加的洗漱用品，均在十分鐘內妥善處理，從以上服務過程中可以看出，酒店團隊日常的工作協調非常契合。當然最主要是房間內的佈置設施非常不錯，尤其是床品枕頭這塊，睡起來非常的舒服，簡直是入睡困難症的福音。

酒店環境不錯，進來就能問題一股淡淡的香味，前台工作人員也是非常的熱情詢問入住需求，並提供茶水。雖然是第一次住這個家酒店，卻明顯可以感覺格外親切，不管是工作人員對設施權益的介紹還是贈送早餐以及小禮品等一系列的情況來説，確實讓本人感受到賓至如歸。酒店房間和早餐這塊也不錯，主要是設備智能控制和WiFi比較加分。

酒店整體都很好，前台有個跟其他人穿着不一樣的不知道是不是經理，謝謝她熱情的服務，我投不來屏她幫**作了一下，中途還有其他事情也是她幫我解決的，沒有怪我事多全程服務都很好，最後退房的時候還關注我的入住體驗，現在想起來寫個點評，還是十分感謝那位小姐姐的服務。
