Kamarnya sangat nyaman dan luas. Kakak di meja depan sangat baik. Saya menginap selama tiga hari berturut-turut dan bahkan ingin terus tinggal di sana lingkungannya juga sangat bagus dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Secara keseluruhan kesan hotelnya sangat bagus. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, fasilitasnya juga sangat lengkap. Layanan stafnya hangat dan penuh perhatian, membuat Anda merasa sehangat di rumah. Sangat direkomendasikan!

酒店前台小姐姐熱情周到提出的問題都能用心解決房間衞生整潔，下次還會選擇房間，採光不錯，衞生也搞得挺好的，還免費給我們升了級 換了更大的房間。樂於提供各種幫助 設施也很方便，熱情效率高基本有求必應床鋪很柔軟，舒適，很安逸，隔音也挺不錯的。住地很滿意，下次還會來入住非常滿意哦，推我還推薦了，朋友來住這個酒店 推薦推薦

酒店前台在9樓，來的時候心想連大堂都沒得，可能要失望了，結果出乎意料的好，前台小姐姐好温柔，服務很好，走到房間更是驚艷到我了，一百出頭的房間能這麼好！衞生間乾濕分離，房間也大，枕頭睡着很舒服！而且就在解放碑中心，下次還會選擇這裏！

前台小姐姐服務非常好，很熱情服務態度特別棒衞生很乾凈，離景區近出入很方便，整體十分舒適，酒店位置很好，交通很方便，房間設施挺好的，房間非常乾淨，床墊非常柔軟舒適房間熱水來的也快東西都比較齊全

前台小姐姐講話超級温柔！！！有問題也及時解決。 房間乾淨整潔，酒店位置也很好，離去的景點都挺近的。 房間有智能馬桶和投影儀📽️ 很不錯的一次出行經歷❤️ 除了不要信出租車🚕司機的鬼話，其他地方都超愛重慶這座城嘻嘻

和朋友一開始開開心心的出去玩，首先選擇了你們酒店，結果呢洗手間有香煙頭，毛巾是臟的，然後和前台反應，一開始他們説會處理和查監控，但等到我走了都沒有處理，就這麼不了了之了！！無語😓，大家理性選擇酒店，不燃休息不好，還會耽誤旅程，我也是合理評價，大家理性參考

設施：非常得好，很齊全，都很新 衞生：衞生很乾凈很整潔，客房每天都有打掃 環境：新裝修的酒店沒有任何異味，開始以為有新裝修的味道，結果是我們想多了，沒有踩坑 服務：前台的服務非常的熱情完全不亞於五星級酒店的一個前台服務，24小時都在線跟我們解決所有的疑難雜症 綜上所述值得推薦入住！
