The hotel is in a great location, near Guanyin Bridge in the bustling city center. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to various shopping malls, snack streets, and bars around Guanyin Bridge Pedestrian Street, where you can eat, drink, and have fun. The transportation is very convenient. The bus stop and subway station are nearby, and you can easily reach various attractions. Xiao Zhu, the front desk staff, is enthusiastic and efficient. He checked in quickly and introduced the surrounding fun places. The hotel security is superb. You have to swipe the room card to go upstairs, which makes people feel super safe. The most surprising thing is that there are robots delivering takeout, which is novel and convenient, and it feels full of technology. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries is also good. This hotel will be my first choice when I come to Chongqing in the future!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is built next to Changshou Lake. The hotel is quite big and not noisy. It is very quiet. The hotel has a large swimming pool. You can also camp and barbecue in the hotel. This is quite good. It is not available during the fishing ban period. For fishing, after passing by, you can fish directly on the lake inside the hotel, and the location is also very good, with a lot of fish. The hardware facilities of the hotel are very good, but the TV can be replaced, it is a bit behind, hahaha The hotel's service from the front desk to the room aunt is very good. Thumbs up. Another point is that there are too many mosquitoes in summer. In fact, the hotel can provide the room with an electric mosquito swatter, which is better than mosquito repellent. The door frame under the balcony door is not cleaned enough to be a bit dirty. If there was a little hiccup in the early stage of the stay, it did not affect the stay experience at all. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the shopping mall and many restaurants and a small night market nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ella and Joy. Super polite and patient. Room was perfect, very clean, everything I needed. Breakfast was also great, wide variety and helpful staff. I have 2 problems with the amenities, though. The gym was closed when I arrived, I opened the door and went in by myself. I found that 2 of the 3 treadmills weren’t working. I saw the hotel opened in 2022, so I don’t understand how they already have these kind of issues. The hotel also say that they have an indoor swimming pool, but this swimming pool is located in the mall next to the hotel, which means a late night swim is out of the question. In this heat, a swim at night would have been the perfect way to cool down. Either way, I would definitely recommend the hotel, as long as you don’t plan on using the gym or swimming pool.

I am very satisfied with this stay. The service at the front desk is really great! The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. We had seen reviews saying that the service was inefficient, but luckily we came to stay. We had stayed in many Hampton Inns before so we chose this one. We were not disappointed. Our family was checked in in less than three minutes. When we had questions, the front desk lady, Xiaoqiu, answered them patiently. It was obvious that she had received professional training. Xiao Lei also took the initiative to provide recommendations for nearby food and attractions, which was very thoughtful. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are very comfortable, and the overall feeling is particularly good. I will choose this place again next time I come here. It is really worth recommending! Give a big thumbs up to the front desk service, keep it up~
