Location is superb as it’s just next to Hongya dong entrance. but it could be also a disadvantage whereby it’s not convenient as a boarding/alighting point due to its location, anyway still not a big issue for car hailing service, just don’t expect there’s a designated waiting area for proper boarding/alighting. Room wise a bit disappointed cause booked non smoking room but the whole room is full of cigarette smell, this is an unpleasant experience. Bed is good to sleep, oya there’s no fridge in the room, not sure about other room type you may want to check out first if you hope can put some cold drinks during summer time. Service is good, staff are polite and helpful too.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a pedestrian street just downstairs. This is a hotel I specially selected for participating in the Chongqing Marathon. The hardware facilities are good, the bedding is clean and hygienic, the service staff is enthusiastic, and a breakfast bag is given for breakfast. It is worth staying again!

這次回家探望生病的母親，在平台上看到這家酒店離人民醫院比較近，所以選擇了這裏，剛預訂前台的小妹妹就打來了電話。 我下意識地詢問人民醫院距離酒店遠不遠，並提及家裡人生病，需要離醫院近一點，前台詳細的講解之後，詢問我什麼時候到店，我説大概會在晚飯後。 當時真的沒想到，這家酒店的前台妹妹會這麼細心。 在天快黑的時候，我才到開州，辦理入住後滿身疲憊的打開房門，就看到桌上準備了一份精美的水果，旁邊立着一張卡片，上面寫的祝福早日康復。 我這個人本來就比較感性，看到那張卡片，眼淚忍不住就掉了下來，因為經常出差也住過不少酒店，從來沒遇到過有這麼細緻入微的關懷，還有這麼暖心的服務。 等我放完行李下樓，就拿着那張卡片，詢問前台是誰寫的，並表示了感謝。 聽這裏的工作人員説，是一個叫瑜蓮的妹妹，但是那會兒她剛好不在，説是上樓幫客人送衣服去了，所以當時沒能見面。 因為行程問題，今天就要離開了，退房的時候又詢問了前台，瑜蓮今天休息，所以很遺憾，終究是沒見到。 那就這裏對你説一句謝謝吧！ 謝謝[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]以後都會選擇這家酒店，真的太暖心了。

The hotel location is accessible n convenient. There is a convenient store next to it. Free cold fruit water n tea daily in the lobby. The counter staff is kind enough to let us check in early. The room is spacious and aircond in the room is fantastic. However there is not much view from the hotel room. The corridor outside the hotel room is warm and has no air conditioning. Otherwise everything is fantastic. Good bed good mattress and good pillows. Comfy to stay in.

The hotel really raise the bar for this class of accommodations. I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of additional things the hotel do to help make our stay convenient and comfortable. The attentions to details elevate our stay from good to great. All staff members are really helpful and we would like to shoutout the great service by 熙鲲先生. He was friendly, attentive and make us feel welcome at all times. He patiently shown us how to use the mini app features in WeChat app to do all sorts of things during our trip. I truly believe that it is staff members like 熙鲲先生 that make this hotel special.  I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
