A Fantastic Stay at Novotel Star Rayong Convention I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Star Rayong Convention, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern, clean, and inviting. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the quality toiletries and great city views. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—an impressive spread with a wide variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The dining area was well-maintained, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. The convention facilities were also top-notch, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you’re attending an event or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel truly delivers. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Novotel Star Rayong Convention to anyone visiting the area. Great location - easy to go any directions, BK,Pattaya or Rayong. The room is too spacious with apartment- like settings.

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

The supply of breakfast is not enough when many guests come in the same time and they are athletes. My friend didn't have breakfast at that time. the next day we decided to get up early to have breakfast. Onsen is free if you stay there. But there was mistaken shoes of one foreigner when I went to onsen. His shoes were disappear. The staff couldnot find it. Someone mistook it by accident I guess.
