Really nice place. Located just as you enter town but very chilled. Modern and great service. Rooms were absolutely great. Highly recommend

We stayed for 2 nights, as part of a safari package with African Bush Lovers. We found the hotel to be clean, had a nice size room/ bathroom, and staff who were very friendly. The grounds are pretty, the lookout spot is a nice area and I especially liked the cats. The gentleman at the bar served really awesome drinks!

It was our second time staying at the hotel . It’s so addictive ! . We had a great room with great hygiene . I loved their beds really comfortable and big . The hygiene was exceptional and the house keepers did their work diligently . Every staff member at the restaurant were helpful and treated us like queens with the upmost respect , great customer services . Compliments to the chefs as they was clearly experienced in what they were doing . I would like to take this time in appreciating (Loveness) , who organised all our tours I sincerely want to thank the General Manager ( Todd) who went out of his way to make sure our stay was great , I personally believe he is a great asset to the company ! Thanks Todd , such a great leader in running a big establishment like that , good luck ! Anyone thinking of booking don’t hetsitat to book travel lodge kasane , a great time is waiting for you !

Good hotel. I booked it based on the great experience that I had in Travelodge in Gabarone. The room was good, except the safe was not working since they had not put batteries in it. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The gym was rudimentary and had a ton of insects in it at night time, so basically I could not use it. I would give this hotel a solid 4/5.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights during our silver wedding trip throughout Southern Africa. Situated at the far end of Kasane for those who arrive from Zimbabwe, the hotel is near the airport and the Chobe’s NP Sedudu Gate. Also not far from the city “downtown”, this cozy hotel is probably one of the best price/quality ratios here. We felt very welcomed by an extraordinarily nice staff. The hotel has a nice pool area, which includes a cute resident family of mongoose that sometimes shows up to inspect the views. The room was very nice, with a large bathroom and a king-size bed, a fridge and a tv. The stay also included a varied buffet breakfast and staff always ready to attend some need. Last but not least: we had contacted the hotel previously telling them about our silver wedding celebration and asking for a symbolic gift. When we checked in, it seemed that they had forgotten. But on the second day, when we arrived at our room after a dawn game drive, we had the bed looking like the picture we share and a basket of fruit waiting for us. Once again, proof of the staff’s attention! Lovely stay at the entrance of Chobe!

This is a FANTASTIC lodge to stay in Kasane. Friendly, clean, great value and perfect location, but above all, staff who care about their guests and want to help you enjoy your stay. This is my 2nd visit, and all the rooms are being updated (they were ok before!) so very comfortable. It's not the prettiest from the road, but the perimeter does keep out Elephants - we saw one just the other side! I congratulate all the staff for the super service and am very happy to recommend.

not recommended, there was no television which they had removed, it didn't have Wifi because the room was far from the reception, the shower was particularly uncomfortable and they didn't even want to change the room. Furthermore, there was some construction work nearby and therefore noisy and not clean

Lovely pool and open space, with outdoor and indoor dining options. Food was very good. Service was excellent(!), drinks very good. Room clean and spacious with nice shower and very comfortable bed. Hotel arranged transport (extra, but reasonable cost) from Victoria Falls airport and afterwards to a hotel in VF. Booked two game drives in Chobe and boat safari cruise through the hotel at very good rates. Saw lions, lots of elephants, as well as hippos, buffalo, birds, antelopes, crocodile, etc. Enjoyed time on the viewing deck. Good view of stars at night. It was an excellent stay at an excellent price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. Despite a busy day, the Lodge staff managed to give personalized attention to each customer, engaging in friendly conversation and making sure everyone's needs were met. The communication skills were excellent, and they effortlessly recommended drinks and provided insightful information about the menu. In addition to the team expertise, they demonstrated great efficiency and organization. Despite a bustling bar, they handled multiple beverages orders with ease, ensuring quick service without compromising on quality. The bar area was always clean and tidy, a testament to Lesedi attention to detail. Overall, Lesedi the barman exceeded my expectations in every way. His professionalism, skills, and genuine passion for his craft truly enhanced my experience at Travelodge Kasane. I highly commend him for his exceptional service and would gladly return to the bar for his expertise in the future."

I left Travelodge Kasane with fond memories. The staff's commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable. The menu is impressively diverse, and inviting for meat lovers. Highly recommended for anyone seeking friendly service.

Firstly - the deck was the highlight of my stay, followed by pool bar. My team and I watched the sun set from the deck; we could see animals from afar. Breathtaking, you need to be there to experience it. Long story short, this is an awesome lodge with excellent accommodation, the staff was excellent - got to know my name on first day, great meals, great service. A great stay and we highly recommend this lodge as must on a trip, whether for business or leisure.

Fantastic stay. We stayed here for 10 days. It was very comfortable. After a week, they upgraded us to one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in (unprompted). We needed convincing to move until we saw the room, as the first room was fabulous too. Fantastic service. Great breakfast. They arranged travel in town. Only 5 minutes from most locations in Kasane. They have a great viewing spot for wildlife/sunsets at the back of the hotel - a little known secret. Friendly staff.

After a night camping at Chobe National Park, what we wished are clean room, hot shower and good food. Travelodge can satisfy all these needs! The raised platform at the back is very nice to sit down and enjoy. Also, we would like to say a great THANK YOU to Peter!! We urgently need some medication in late night. He reached out to a pharmacist nearby, successfully asked them to keep the medication for us, and helped us called taxi to send us to and from the pharmacy early in the next morning. Without him, we possibly need to shorten our trip, and thankfully, he went extra miles 🙇🏿‍♀️ really impressive customer service.
