The entertainment were spot on, I did the morning stretch classes, water aerobics, darts & water polo with Patty and Marios. The night entertainment good too, the only thing that let the hotel down was the hottest thing in the restaurant was the coffee. The entertainment team made the holiday a great place.

If your thinking of having a Cyprus holiday we’ve experienced a gem , from the staff to the animation team we could not fault any of them , my husband who has never at anytime participated in any keep fit or stretch class I would like to thank Pattie and the team for making our holiday special, we’ve made so many great friends which has completed our holiday. Michael is now contemplating joining a gym.

We've just stayed here for a week. Absolutely gorgeous!! Clean, rooms are so modern & cleaned everyday, fresh bedding & towels. MASSIVE shout out to Patti who kept us entertained daily with morning yoga, aqua aerobics, darts & volleyball She is so lovely, she's really made this holiday great!

We spent 3 days here and we thoroughly enjoyed it - reading the reviews we were nervous, and although we did agree with the pool area being busy we expected it to be in august The dining staff are clearly very busy and could do with some customer service skills We couldn’t fault the food and the room was lovely with some slight snags after the refurb that are needed but nothing that would spoil your visit Entertainment staff worked really hard and the shows we watched were enjoyable

My family & I have just arrived home from a great week at the Eleni Holiday Village. We wanted to give a truthful review of our time there, as we feel some of the very negative reviews are a little unfair. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the place was lovely, it is all new, and as it is early days, it does have a few teething problems, but it didn't take away anything at all from the great time that we have had. We know this hotel will actually be fab once the renovations are fully completed and small problems are sorted. We arrived there around midnight, staff were very nice and welcoming to us. Food was obviously not available at such a late hour, but we were given sandwiches and bottled water, which was appreciated. We were quickly shown to the 2 rooms that we had booked. We were happy to see that we were given rooms next-door to each other. We were thrilled with our rooms! We had booked 2 side-seaview rooms, which were very modern, clean & a good size. Beds, pillows & sheets were clean, crisp & comfortable. There is a wardrobe with lots of coathangers, but we could have also done with a chest of drawers as well. We kept underwear etc in our suitcases as there was not enough space for everything, which wasn't a problem. There was a vanity unit with hairdryer. The air conditioning was great & easy to use. The safe was free. There is a fridge. Tea & coffee with kettle, but no milk! The shower had a good pressure & temperature, it did leak over the floor, but we just laid a towel down, so it wasn't a major problem for us, so nothing to really complain about. TV was large, with lots of channels, not many English channels, but you could watch Youtube if you wanted. In the morning, we were blown away by our view, we had a large balcony which had a stunning view of land and sea, in the evening we had the most amazing view of the sunset. It was lovely to be able sit out on it and take it all in, so calming & relaxing. We felt so lucky, and thought that they were the best rooms in the whole hotel! One room was cleaned & beds made most days, not all though, the other room was more hit & miss, but if we needed towels or a toilet roll, we asked and were immediately given them, so again no problem. Our one room did have a problem with the water (not sewerage) from the toilet overflowing and flooding part of the room, but this was quickly sorted within 10 minutes, so no real complaints. The sewage drain outside near our rooms, also seemed to have a problem and over flowed once, but when we reported this, it was also quickly dealt with and cleaned, and they then had it professionally cleaned with machines early the next morning, so again no real major problem. We really enjoyed the pool!!! The large pool is great. As you entered it was gently shelving, it has a mushroom shower, which was great for kids. It was a lovely temperature (which is a must for us) It had 2 small nets for water polo and inflatables are allowed. There is a toddler pool with
