Premier Inn Chippenham

Heating didn't work however we didn't fully realise until the children were asleep so weren't able to change rooms at this point, shame it wasn't checked prior to us checking in. Hotel staff didn't advise us on check in to pre book breakfast, we regularly use Premier Inn and pay for breakfast in the morning no problem unless advised otherwise. Restaurant refused to accommodate us for breakfast despite being rather empty! Disappointing as we spent a few hours there the night before having an evening meal with desserts and a few drinks and had an onward journey home with 3 kids.

Nice hotel, good location. Had a downstairs accessible room, but suffered with noise from a heavy footed person in room above. Room 56 had cobwebs, toilet cistern running all the time. Room cold on arrival and only a small convector heater. Good breakfast at choice & quality at the Brewers Fayre. Only stayed one night to visit family.

Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we had a hassle free stay, thank you so much! :) Nothing was too much trouble and both him and the chap we spoke to (sorry didn't get your name) were so friendly and helpful. Can't fault our experience and would stay here again

Years ago I would stay in Premier Inns all the time with work travelling. Now PI being removed from cashback and hotel comparison sites I don’t use anymore unless it makes no sense to stay elsewhere. I have also noticed some PI hotels are crazy prices meaning staying in Hilton instead saves me money!! Somebody at the top needs to change their approach. Just saying how I see it…

Room had mould on the bathroom ceiling, the net curtain fell off the wall and hit me on the head, the radiator was making sounds all night, had the worst experience especially as I was on my own and that was the first time i've stayed in a hotel on my own due to my anxiety. I was expecting better and was really looking forward to doing something solo. Questioning whether I would stay in a Premier Inn ever again and just use other competitors, even if they cost a bit more.

The premier plus room was a generous size and spotlessly clean, the bed was just as we like it soft/firm and everything looked brand new. It is just a 3 minute walk to the restaurant where there was a good range of food and drink. Very convenient.
