Travelodge Hotel - Chippenham Leigh Delamere M4 Eastbound

All round appalling - catalogue of issues - none resolved - we do not recommend for families or single females

laura is a great host on reception, hotel was very clean and tidy, parking is easy, services short walk, just what was needed

It was very basic. Staff were lovely upon arrival. I had a shower in the morning and there was black mould in the shower gel dispenser which broke as I tried to use it. It was disgusting and put me off staying in the bathroom which hadn’t been cleaned that well. Very basic. No hairdryer. Just a bed really. Even the kettle was filthy. It says this has been redone recently but I cannot believe that for a second. Our window was very dirty and just very outdated to be honest. It was cheap but I have stayed in places around the same price and you get a much better offer.

On arrival the lovely receptionist Laura took my registration for the free parking…Laura was fantastic, very welcoming with a lovely smile,,, explained everything to me,,the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable and clean…highly recommend this hotel and there amazing staff 😁

If you like a motel with no 4G, with 1bar on 3G and WiFi you pay extra for but does not connect over 2 days, then this is the place for you. Bonus surprise - a tramp lying in reception !!

After 4 days on the road from Spain the hotel room was very welcome. The room showed its age but was very clean, comfortable bed, and secure. The staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints for the room at this price.
