The host met us, and took us through the checkin, then to our room which was a unique room with an amazing stand up arcade machine, which was awesome fun. The room was very comfortable and the being off the highway was quiet. A short 10’min walk into the centre and f town. Host was terrific and friendly. Had a great time.

I stayed at this motel for a week. The facilities are basic, but clean, tidy and very economical. It's off the main highway so nice and quiet. The rooms are large enough, with air-conditioning, a long bench, and a microwave oven. Free internet was included. The parking bays are large and covered. The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. It was no problem organising an early checkout. There are several eateries within a short walk of the motel including Coffee Club, Subway and KFC.

The unassuming appearance of this humble motel belies the fact that it was the most restful and accommodating stay we had in our travels. Justin is a true Innkeeper - something very rare in the business. The sensitivity and generosity with which he treated our family during our stay (which was a highly stressful personal time for us) made our experience at the Acacia Motel a comforting one. If you want to feel welcome, a stay at the Acacia, with Justin at the helm, is the only place to book in Chinchilla.

Had a great stay at Acacia Motel. Not only is the motel perfectly located within easy quick walking distance to everything, but the room was also recently refurbished, had comfortable, fresh linen and bedding, and an awesome hot shower. I had planned to arrive quite late, and Justin and Linda were so accommodating, including having the heater and light on for me when I arrived, which was a god send arriving so late after a long drive. Thank you so much Justine and Linda, I will definitley be back next time I pass through Chinchilla.

You need to book a room here if you are visiting Chincilla! My friend and I have stayed in many different motels in the area and this is now our favourite. Justin and Linda go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room had everything you need, great shower with decent hot water, very comfortable beds, perfect pillows and quilts and it has all been recently renovated. Throw in the magnificent and delicious Big Breakfast and a real feeling of a small community in the 3 days we were there. Thank you Justin and Linda, we loved our stay and will be back next time we are in town!!

The welcome couldn’t have been improved - Chinchilla lost power as we arrived but the staff rose to the challenge, finding lights and making us comfortable. The exemplary level of consideration for us as guests continued throughout our stay. Whether recommending places to eat and drink or possible visits knowledge of the local area was cheerfully shared. If you want an impersonal large hotel, this is not the place but if you want a small friendly place to stay with character and great service then I would recommend it!

Only a stone's throw away from the business centre, the Acacia Motel provides an ideal location to access what Chinchilla has to offer and return for a good night sleep in a comfortable bed. Justin ensures that guests are warmly greeted on arrival and that he is able to do everything he can to guarantee a memorable stay. His manner as the motel operator is second to none as he interacts with guests using relatability, honesty, helpful suggestions, and a fantastic sense of humour to help those staying with him settle with significant ease. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to highlight the effort Justin and his staff do to help their guests enjoy their stay. To top it off, Justin is able to create a meal of restaurant quality that will satisfy the most rapacious of appetites. A definite must-stay for those visiting Chinchilla.

Loved our visit. Fantastic and friendly service from owners. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Convenient location in the centre of town. We would recommend and will definitely be returning when we are back in Miles.
