One of the best hotels at this price point .Truly value for money . Family rooms are big with 2 separate double beds , rooms are clean . Staff is very polite and helpful We were a friends group of 6 families around 22 people and all of us felt very comfortable . They have Veg restaurant and the food is good . I also got to know that they serve Jain food and are famous for this in that area Ramya and Thejus from crystal inn co-Ordinator well right from the booking stage and ensured we had a good stay

Hi, hotel is located in a quiet safe place, easily accessible to main city. Bus stand
clean rooms, good staff, food is vegetarian all quisine. Food is good. I am a regular visitor. Good and safe for solo female travellers. .

Worst hotel ever. Without providing extra bed ( not even towel) they were charging extra money for 3rd person. Very unhygienic third class hotel. Don’t go on ratings not worth at all. Staff are not at all good. Pathetic service. Security without washing hand eats directly from the buffet served for guests. They don’t even have cups to serve tea or coffee they serve it in plastic cups.

Very congested room, parking space is also very less and difficult to remove vehicle after parking, curtains are shabby. A/c is fixed to 25deg by hotel itself- not adjustable, just to say a/c is available. Not worth for money and stay.

The hotel was good with decent and well maintained rooms. I felt the deluxe rooms were little small but is manageable if you are just 2 persons. The pricing however was expensive may be because of holiday and extended weekend but still felt we paid 800 to 1000 extra per day. The hotel is in the middle of the city so no tension if you are exploring or doing some shopping as everything is within reach. All in all it was a good stay and comfortable stay.
