Hotel stay was really relaxing. Had an amazing ambience. Staffs were also very friendly provided us early checkin. Thanks for providing us amazing stay.

Good stay. Rooms were clean and hygienic. The only problem was no complimentary buffet breakfast provided with the stay.

New property with nice and functional rooms. The only problem is parking. Also, they don't have an inhouse restaurant so you'll have to rely on swiggy zomato. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Only positive: The room was good
Negatives:
1.Reception will not pick up your calls, you need to walk there regardless of which floor you are staying and regardless of timing
2. Wifi is just for name sake it will not work most of the time, and will not be fixed
3. Shortage of working people - you need to wait for 5-10 mins even for hearing responses.
4. Always check the towels and other items when you receive them, they will charge you the full amount saying the towel got strained, and things are damaged, be careful on this if you stay here
5. You just have to live with what they provide, they don't have time to resolve the issues ex: You need to continuously press the kettle button to boil the water.
Overall a terrible experience in my 15 years of travel history. Regret that I booked here even though overhyped pricing.

We had a pleasant stay at tresca, great location and easy to locate. It's on the main road. Clean and specious rooms. Good enough sofas and bed for the family. Food arranged from outside.

Location of the property is ideal. No restaurant facility is available. But we can order food from nearby hotels. Cutlery will be provided. Rooms are nice. They informed that they did not have the food facility in advance. Other services are excellent. If they provide food facility, it will be more happy.

Room was good, but a bit small for 5k room, athroom was spacious and well designed. Wifi was not working and they never fixed it. Some of the staff were professional.
