Very bad experience with this hotel because of the following points:
1. The room was allocated to us after waiting for 1 hour on reception. 2. The restaurant was not operated due to which lot of inconvenience was caused for meals. 3. The swimming pool was not cleaned. 4. The staff is very limited. 5. The rooms were having lot of ants.

The room was cozy and it was a very good stay. However the pool is right infront of the reception which is not too flattering for me. The pool could have been in a secluded place instead of right infront of the main gate

We stayed for one night at silver cloud, and had an amazing experience. The hotel is scenic and the balcony of our room offered a mesmerizing view of the verdant hill and the pool below. The manager and the staff made our stay memorable. Food cost also reasonable prices and tasty. We are definitely planning to come here next time. Way to go team silver cloud.

The Property is very well maintained with a clean swimming pool. The staff service was excellent and the food was also good. It's a idle place for some quite relaxing stay if you are looking for. The only part which needs improvement is that they don't have much options for activities.

Location is good but it is about 12 km down from nandi hills top point. Rooms are good & clean, food is good but expensive. Staff members were courteous. Lift was not working.
