"There were too many problems, so I'm definitely going back to Chifeng and looking for a different place. The bathroom didn't have a door, the room had a strong formaldehyde smell from the renovation, and what's even more frustrating is the limited breakfast selection—it was empty by 9 am, and they didn't refill it! The elevator in the basement had a very high threshold; you had to carry suitcases and strollers!"

Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!"

Breakfast offered an exceptionally generous and diverse spread. The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and provided outstanding service. Both the gym and laundry facilities were very convenient, and the reading corner boasted a wide variety of books. As a first-time guest at Atour, I would absolutely choose to stay at other Atour hotels in the future."

"The hotel's layout is great and aesthetically pleasing, which is why I've stayed here multiple times. However, there are a couple of downsides regarding the facilities: ① The shower water temperature can't be adjusted to my preferred cooler setting, and the water pressure on the 17th floor is low; ② The room temperature is too high. Even with the heating turned off, the room stays above 27℃ without opening a window, making it difficult to sleep."
