"The hotel looks good from the outside. I booked the room from Ctrip. The pictures looked good, but the experience after checking in was really bad. The room facilities were outdated, the room was dry and there was no humidifier. The carpet on the floor accidentally spilled water, and the evaporation was very pungent. I slept with the window open for ventilation for one night, but I caught a cold and coughed for two days. The breakfast was ok. Parking is underground, and you need to swipe your card to get in, which is quite troublesome. Ground parking spaces are charged."

"The facilities are a bit old, but perfectly fine. It's an old-established hotel that used to be very prestigious. Our two families booked two family rooms, which were warm and comfortable even before the heating was turned off. We rested well and felt safe. The fact that takeout orders weren't allowed upstairs shows the management is attentive, which is great. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The only minor flaw was that breakfast was included for three people per room. Since our families consisted of two adults and two children, we each had to pay an extra 30 yuan for breakfast. If we wanted to pay for it, that wouldn't be a problem, but could we at least have looked at the menu before choosing? The manager at the restaurant entrance told us to come out immediately, which was quite amusing. Even if we were one person short, at least we still had three people to eat. That's all; everything else was great. I would never give a bad review."
