"Each holiday season, I bring my children back to Chifeng, and for the past three or four years, we've consistently chosen Yulong National Hotel. The facilities and amenities are consistently excellent, and the staff are always very welcoming. I wanted to use the in-room safe, but found it was broken. It was built into the wardrobe. The staff immediately offered to either store my valuables at the front desk for me or switch us to a different room. I told them it was no big deal, not essential, and I could easily do without it. To my surprise, when we returned to our room after being out the next day, the safe had already been replaced with a brand new one. The hotel truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. When it was time to leave, my child was quite reluctant, saying, "Goodbye, Yulong National Hotel, we'll come back to visit you next year!""

"The room itself was okay, but the service and environment were terrible. I checked in on the evening of the 29th. The south gate was closed for construction, but I didn't pay much attention and entered through the north gate. The construction started at 5:20 AM on the 30th, waking me up. My room was right below them, and the noise was incredibly loud, using some kind of floor-cutting equipment—it was extremely ear-piercing. I called the front desk at 5:30 AM, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I should call the police, and they said they'd report it to their manager. Around 5:40 AM, it did stop, and I decided to sleep in a bit later. I was exhausted from driving and wanted to sleep in. But at 6:06 AM, it started again, cutting the floor. I went downstairs, took photos and videos. It was so annoying! My 8-month-old baby was woken up. This hotel has no problem-solving skills and no service awareness. Please choose carefully!"
