Hotel Boutique Aroma de Mar

A small hotel with nice rooms and beautiful sight . Nothing negative to say about the hotel and the lady at the reception. She was very nice and very helpfull. We made a reservation for the restaurant for 4 persons to try out the food. First of all we were told if we wanted the daily menu we had to sit on the outside ofthe restaurant. So if we were 2 out of the 4 with a menu , 2 had to go outisde and the others could stay inside. We would still be able to understand if the restaurant was fully booked, but we were the only ones. Then finally we decided to choose from the menu card and as it was luch we didn´t want to take more than 1 plate. So the lady server was not too happy because we didn´t take a starter. Then once the order was taken she brought bread and some appetizers on the table. We mentionned to her that we didn´t want bread. Result she took the bread and the appetizer away. We asked why take the appetizer away? She came back with the appetizer and the bread. She was not friendly at all because we didn´t do her way. So what we did ...we paid the beers that we had ordered , cancelled everything went out of the restaurant. Because a treatment like this for rather high priced food, we didn´t accept and also because we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was not that she was so busy....She had a very bad attitude not at all business oriented. We also informed the lady at the reception of our experience.

We have just stayed in this hotel for two days and we absolutely loved it! It's right on the beach and all you can hear is the sound of the sea. It's small and beautifully designed and the staff are very friendly . We could not fault it!

Base de colchones distintas en pésimo estado. Al día siguiente abandonamos el hotel. No me reembolsaron la siguiente noche. Espero que no les ocurra a más huéspedes y que se preocupe la propietaria de ofertar lo que realmente pueda ofrecer. Mala experiencia en Chiclana en el Hotel Aroma de Mar

Las habitaciones están cómodas y limpias, con unas vistas muy bonitas al mar. La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno es mejorable en cuanto a variedad y calidad, aunque de precio está bien. El trato de la familia muy bueno, sin embargo, el de algún empleado deja un poco que desear.

El servicio, trato del personal y atención ha sido impecable e inmejorable. La recepcionista nos ayudó a facilitar la reserva y fue muy amable. Se preocuparon el personal de atendernos en todo momento asegurándose de que estábamos bien. Las vistas son unas de la mejores que hay en la zona y sin espectaculares. La comida fue exquisita y los cócteles geniales. Hemos ido 4 personas pidiendo una variedad de comida hasta postre y todo genial. Recomendaría este establecimiento 100/100!

He vuelto a este alucinante restaurante. Es genial, me vuelvo a ir sin ninguna pega, pedimos la ensalada de burrata y carrillada ibérica que estaba en el punto perfecto con una deliciosa crema de bonitato, el tartar de atún rojo nos encantó !! Por no hablar del personal, siempre tan amable y atento.

Caro y pésimo servicio, habitación pequeña, un hotel de 4* que no dispone de servicio de recepción 24 horas, ni cafetería, ni nada de nada, avisas a la hora que llegas, te dan la llave y a partir de una cierta hora desaparecen y se quedan en el hotel solo los huéspedes, por la noche al llegar una pareja estaba en la puerta del hotel sin poder entrar porque no les funcionaba la llave magnética, llamaron al número de teléfono que te dan y llegue yo para poder abrirles, una vergüenza de servicio y repito en un hotel que se supone es un 4* y además caro, no lo regalan, no lo recomiendo !!

Hotel encantador y acogedor. Tanto Eugenio como Begoña en la dirección están atentos a todas tus necesidades. El personal de restaurante y desayuno, Rocio nos cuidaba fenomenal y Luis en el restaurante con sus sabios consejos, han hecho que nuestra estancia sea estupenda. El personal de limpieza atento y escrupuloso en su trabajo. En definitiva un pequeño y gran hotel

Hotel excepcional, muy buena ubicación en mitad de la Playa de la Barrosa, habitación super chula, domótica y con vistas inmejorables a la playa. El Servicio del desayuno buffet, muy bueno, y con una atención maravillosa. El tercer día, nos encontramos con el desayuno personalizado, la verdad, totalmente recomendable, esperamos repetir
