Host was easily accessible. We had a relaxing stay and the apartment is very comfortable as well as clean. Definitely will stay here again.

I was disappointed when we first arrived to our room to see that it did not have a balcony. The city studio pictures definitely showed a balcony in several photos, and I feel like that is misleading. But we were already there and the room was nice…just thought I was paying for a room with a balcony.
The Kasa person that was there to help us check in was very friendly and knowledgeable, so we appreciated his help with getting us familiar with how the Kasa stay worked.

Our trip was great. The apartment is located near everything, and it is in a quiet area. It was a fully equipped apartment, very clean and with safe and easy access.

We were cold and the heat would not go up for nothing. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. And had to pay $51.00 per night for parking! Think that will be my last visit.. Sorry!

Was super happy with my choice of Kasa’s 1 West Superior property for my Chicago stay. The room was essentially a studio/1 bedroom apt with a balcony in the heart of River North. The perfect location for my needs, and I felt like a Chicago resident in this nice, secure building. It was perfect for me.

Property is well located, and has beautiful walkable areas. Property Will need to do maintenance and update appliances. Apartments are old, as well as furniture and walls are not in great condition. Is not a cheap place, so it should be in excellent conditions.

Everything was great. From easy check in to easy check out. The room was very nice and cozy. Very clean. Amazing view of downtown from the bedroom and balcony. I will be staying here again!

Super tall building with a super fast elevator (most of the time). Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area to dine at, or shop at. Close to everything Chicago. However, it's a little noisy here, due to sirens and firetruck horns blaring from sunup to sundown. Only one TV, with a poor selection of channels to tune into.

This was an amazing place for my first time in Chicago. Check in and communication was easy and the staff were super responsive and kind! The room had a great view and was so clean and comfy. This would be my first choice to stay again if I'm ever back in the area!
