The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the customer service was very good. I was with my children, but they were very considerate of me. However, the air conditioner seemed old, so I didn't turn it on because I felt like it would be bad for my health.

We had a super nice night here. The hotel staff were super nice. They knew our luggage was damaged and tried their best to help us deal with it. They also comforted our mood and did everything they could to give us wonderful memories of the trip. In fact, they don't need to do anything, but they take the initiative to help guests. The service is great. Everything they did really gave us deep and beautiful memories during the trip! And the outlet is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it takes about 7 or 8 minutes to get to Aeon Mall. However, our time this time was short and we were unable to visit many places. Must come again next time.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

I stayed here when I went to Disneyland. If you go towards the outlet of the nearest station, the hotel is right in front of you. The location is very good and I recommend it because you can take a big bath! The free ice cream after the bath was the best! I want to use it again!

The hotel is in a great location and is convenient for shopping at the beachfront Makuhari outlet. The room was average, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The parking lot can only park vehicles with a height of less than 157cm. The nearby convenience store has a limited variety of products.

It was nice and clean. The bed was low and easy to sit on. However, the dressing table was narrow and the kettle and cups were also on the table, so there wasn't much space to spread out my cosmetics. The view from the elevator hall was nice.

About 20 minutes away from Inage Station!! Although there are buses on Google maps, it's hard to walk (it's good if it's winter) 10 minutes walk to Keisei Inage Station !! (This is no problem !! There are no hills and enough to drag the carrier) No body wash Although it provides disposable shampoo and conditioner combined, there are many hairs or women should take personal use or buy it in Donkey Toothbrush toothpaste • Dryer • Towels provided (Basic skin care supplies are not provided!!) The room is suitable for one person and spacious and comfortable !! There is also an electric pot in the room!! (But it's not a kettle, it's like a water heater, so make sure the water is heated! Pour it out ......) Good for walking because there is a park nearby! Walking 5-8 There is a famima within a minute. There are two vending machines on the first floor of the lobby. And most of all, the boss is so kind. I told you everything from plugging the keys and called you that the windows were not closed at midnight. I took off my clothes on the bed and went out, but when I went out, I was hung on the chair. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ I was assigned a smoking room, but it didn't matter because I was a smoker anyway. The hotels I went to before were all non-federal, so I had to walk to the nearby Pamima to smoke every day. It was nice to have a park and be quiet and quiet! The room is quite spacious (compared to other Japanese hotels), and the sea view from the high floor is quite wide. I took a nice photo of the sunset. It is very close to the exhibition hall and the seaside Makuhari Station, and can be reached on foot. The breakfast is quite rich. The overall experience is quite good

It's very good. There are many shuttle buses. The breakfast changes every day and is thoughtful. The facilities are complete, hygienic and clean, the living environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is also very good, and there is a parking lot 🅿️.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.
