No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

First of all, breakfast was really good, and it was really really good to be able to use the hot springs together. The hot spring water is really good. The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation. In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened. The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport. The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink? If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.

I stayed in four Livemax hotels in Japan, and they were all similar, except for the cleanliness. This one was a little dusty, but not a big problem. The subway station is only a few steps away, very convenient. What else do you need a bicycle for this price in Tokyo? It's worth it.

I booked this hotel for a concert in Makuga, Chiba. It was very nice. It was very close to the tram stop. It was easy to get by the airport bus and two tram stops. The room was clean and the reception was very warm

It is a clean hotel, although it walks a little from Chiba Station 7 〜 8 minutes. The large communal bath was clean and I was very satisfied. The room clothes are also separate types, so you don't have to sleep badly. You can also walk to the nearest convenience store in 2 〜 3 minutes. There is no parking lot, but I think there is no problem because there is a 24-hour fixed coin parking nearby.

I stayed for 2 nights, but they changed towels every time, and it was clean and nice! I went to see a soccer game, but it was convenient because it was close to the Fukuda Electronic Arena and where I could eat snacks. I want to use it again!

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and good sound insulation. I slept well. The front desk service was very good. The luggage was delivered to the room and various precautions were introduced enthusiastically. There are commercial streets, pharmacies, and barbecues nearby, all very convenient. It's very close to Chiba Station, just walking distance.

I made a last-minute reservation because of the Tokyo Summer Sonic festival, but it was very clean and nice for a business hotel! The bathroom was clean, and the bed was pretty good. The staff were all friendly, and there were convenience elements like a microwave, ice maker, and laundry room on the first floor. It was a few minutes' walk from Chiba Station, and it was very comfortable and safe to go to and from Makuhari Messe, where Summer Sonic was held, and back. If I ever visit Japan, I'd like to make a reservation again. However, there was a bit of a smell from the pillow sheet, so I wish they would fix that. There was also a deodorizer in the room, so that was a good solution.
