Kamarnya besar, bersih, pelayanannya sangat baik, dan tempat menginapnya nyaman

Location and service are perfect!! Air conditioning is the best I ever in Japan. My personal advice is maybe more space for luggage will be excellent.

The location it' s ok, walking distance from train station, near aeon & mitsui outlet.

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

駅から近くとても便利な立地にあり、 疲れている時には有難いです。 また ツインでしたが、 広めのスペースにゆとりの有るツインにして ゆっくり過ごせました。その 翌朝の急用のデスクワークも出来てそれも助かりました。 ただ冷蔵庫が余り冷えなくて 水と、飲み物が やや冷えたかな？位だったのが、残念でした。 とても便利でした。 フロントの方の対応も チェックアウトな時の対応も丁寧で良かったので、 リーズナブルな点も含めて 設備等々は古めではありますが とても満足しています。 ありがとうございました。

因為近幕張outlet, 隔天回成田機場，自駕，泊車收費1000円太贵，泊車是一個特别停車場，有高度限制，突然被升級了房間，所以很大，有餐枱，床很舒服，試了早餐，餐廳不大，但有開揚海景，食物一般，只2000円也可以

CP值很高的一家酒店。海濱幕張站出來，穿過OUTLET就到了。雖然酒店也有相當年歲，但看得出曾經是家高檔酒店。包括大廳、接待，都非常有水準和特色。早餐在頂樓用餐，海景美極了。 這次需求是3人房，用加床的形式，空間就顯得擁擠。但也沒辦法。酒店前就有機場巴士，非常方便。車票直接跟飯店櫃檯購買即可。
