Hotel Pet Friendly di Chiayi City

First I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too? Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything?? This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover. The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter. We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

The hotel are within an office building & share with few other hotel. Abit aged & your experience will depend on which side of your room facing. Near Taipei Train station & central location. If you get a good deal then can consider staying.

Traveling alone, this is my second time staying at Chiayi Guanzhi. Should I ask why? Actually, I came here for the hotel breakfast buffet. I bought a double room, which came with two breakfasts. Unlike other hotels, I traveled alone and changed the number of breakfasts to one person (I paid for two people and got two meals included, and they still changed it). As usual, I have insomnia, so since I couldn't sleep, I simply went to have breakfast at 07:00, ate a little and then went upstairs to take a bath, and came down to eat again at 09:30, and I wouldn't be rejected. And why did I come here for the hotel breakfast? First of all, it’s not that the ingredients are so high-end, but the sisters and aunts in the freshly cooked area at the Gu Dan Zai Noodles and the omelette counter are very kind and enthusiastic, and will give you warmth all day long, really! For this warmth, do you think I will stay at Guanzhi again next time I go to Chiayi? I said I would.

I thought I could just rest and sleep, but I was surprised when I entered the room. The four-person room was large and the bathroom was very clean. There are shopping malls, Quanlian, and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. It's very close to nearby attractions. Next time Will come again😇

If you stay in a dorm and wanna checkin, go to level 14 by lift. Then the worker will bring you to another floor. As for me, I stayed in level 6. They'll give you passcode for the main door and your room door. If you stay in your room, you sometimes hear the traffic aound or people talking outside your room. The housekeeping was insane coz the worker just open the room door and leave it wide open eventhough there's people inside the room. And during my last day here, they changed the passcode without let me knowing coz I tried many times using the first passcode they had given to me, so i need to call them again to get the new passcode. There's washing machine and dryer, 30yuan and 40yuan each. Maybe they need to do cleanups at the laundry room coz it looks like left unattended. Overall, i think this hostel is okay for the soloist.

The room is a bit small, but it is very close to the train station. It is also very convenient to go out to the night market.

Overall it's good, the meals are sincere, the room style is unique, and there is a traditional market right outside the hotel. You can go shopping in the traditional market after getting up in the morning and having breakfast. It's quite interesting👍
