The room is very spacious, easy to check in and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good also, recommended for travelers going to Alishan early in the morning cause the bus stop is just across the hotel. 👍👍👍

The location is very convenient! It is very convenient to go to the train station, famous shops, and night markets! It is within walking distance! The hotel provides free bicycles! Also, if you arrive early, you can store your luggage! The hotel also provides a piano! Free breakfast! Although the hotel looks old inside, the room is very spacious! There is also a big bathtub 🛁! It's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage.
The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance.
Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

The room was clean and tidy, but unfortunately it was a bit small. It was hard to tell from the photos, but since it was a weekend stay and the price was quite cheap, there was nothing to complain about! I'll come again if I have a chance.

Stayed for 2 nights and everything seems ok except the wifi is poor. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You can get free detergent from the lobby but both the washer and dryer need to pay : NT50 for the washer and NT50 for the dryer. Breakfast was ok.

Overall it's good, the meals are sincere, the room style is unique, and there is a traditional market right outside the hotel. You can go shopping in the traditional market after getting up in the morning and having breakfast. It's quite interesting👍

Very Good
VVickyThe accommodation is very close to the cultural night market, which saves the time of finding a parking space. It is great. However, the refrigerator in the room is not cold, so the drinks placed are not ice-cold and there is no ice preservation (freezing) effect. The sound insulation is not very good and it is easy to hear in the corridor. The sound of speech, I hope it can be improved. The curtains are not very effective in blocking light and are easily awakened by the sun. The experience is OK. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

2. The service staff is relatively lackluster, but they are not impolite.
3. The soundproofing of the hotel is slightly poor.
4. The room is arranged on the first floor, so many tourists come and go and it is easy to be noisy.
There were so many mosquitoes on the first floor that I had to buy electric mosquito coils.
5. Breakfast includes Chinese style (porridge with side dishes) and Western style (toast, croissant), and the taste is average.
6. Hygiene and cleanliness need to be improved!
7. The room is very spacious and comfortable! But one bed with one pillow is a bit too much!
8. The water pressure is great and the water temperature is also very good!
9. Complete supplies, including facial masks!
10. The price during the Chinese New Year is more than 5,000, and the CP value is a bit high! After all this is a simple place to stay with no other facilities available!

__Keith_There are a lot of places to eat near the hotel, including Watsons and pharmacies. You don't have to worry about not being able to buy any supplies you need temporarily.
The hotel has an attached parking lot. If the parking lot is full, there is also a matching city parking lot, which is about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
The breakfast provided tastes good and has a lot of choices. The most amazing thing is the turkey rice, which is very delicious.
The room and bathroom were very clean, but the bed was a bit shaky and the sound insulation was not very good.

GGuest UserThe room is on the third floor, which is great! And the room was very big. I stayed in a Shanghai-style room that day, which had an antique feel. However, there was no separation between the bathtub and the room. This should be the design of motels nowadays! The breakfast is delicious and the service staff are very friendly. If I travel next time, I will consider staying here again~

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

GGuest User很好的體驗，首次到訪入住1晚，房間佈置很溫馨，床品軟硬適中，個人很喜歡！服務人員親切友善，早餐雖然種類不多，但該有的都有，且提供的粥品味道不錯，位置離夜市也不會太遠，隔音還可以，超級安靜，第二晚因有活動所以入住的房客比較多，環境整理的部分還滿貼心的，新備品，當天早餐因未取用水果，床頭燈具的木頭框框似乎不在打掃範圍內，故有些灰塵，但瑕不掩瑜，是還會想要再訪的飯店

李李Breakfast is OK, the hotel is in a good position, the car is parked on the edge of the hotel. We can't accommodate an extra bed in a twin room. Originally, I saw that after 14 o'clock on the order, I can stay in the counter. Mr. Counter can only check in after 15:30. Finally, according to his prescribed time, the procedures are wrong.
