Hotel Chiayi City West District

This is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles! It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

The room is very spacious, easy to check in and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good also, recommended for travelers going to Alishan early in the morning cause the bus stop is just across the hotel. 👍👍👍

Very good location to key places of interests. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is located at busy street so do be prepared for noise from the heavy traffic aka room’s sound proofing not very ideal.

Orient Luxury Hotel in Chiayi offers extremely nice and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. The breakfast buffet was good but very busy, primarily catering to local guests, which can feel a bit overwhelming during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks

The location is very convenient! It is very convenient to go to the train station, famous shops, and night markets! It is within walking distance! The hotel provides free bicycles! Also, if you arrive early, you can store your luggage! The hotel also provides a piano! Free breakfast! Although the hotel looks old inside, the room is very spacious! There is also a big bathtub 🛁! Family Mart is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!I like hotel Free breakfast , very local style .

Love the location. Good aircon. Decent local breakfast buffet. Nice view. Alot of tv channels to choose from. Small selection of soft drinks available at lobby. Hotel offers pre arranged free transport to Chiayi HSR station. Decent size for 2.

The room is spacious and the height inside is high enough without any sense of oppression. The only regret is that there is a strong smell of urine in the bathroom Although the breakfast dishes are not many, they are enough But there are fewer vegetarian dishes There is no indoor parking lot. Parking is in the open space next to the hotel. It's not convenient if it rains.

The room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

When checking in, I asked for a plastic chair for children to use for bathing, but the service staff was too busy and forgot to provide it as soon as possible until I asked again at 10 o'clock in the evening: Personally, I can still accept this situation, after all, there are so many people checking in during the holidays. many

The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .
