Layanan hotel sangat bagus, tidak ada yang perlu dikatakan, sangat bagus~! Meskipun fasilitas hotel relatif tua, namun tetap bersih dan rapi. Untuk bagian makan, saya pernah tinggal di layanan makanan Cina sebelumnya, dan layanannya bagus ... Kali ini saya tidak memesan makanan karena epidemi, tetapi karena transportasinya sangat nyaman, saya dapat membeli sarapan ketika saya keluar! Perasaan keseluruhannya luar biasa ~

Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Budaya Chiayi. Itu dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki ke air mancur atau Showtime Studios. Air mancur minum di setiap lantai memiliki air soda swalayan untuk digunakan pelanggan.

Dari meninggalkan bagasi hingga layanan konter, layanan sarapan, staf sangat baik. Jenis dan kuantitas sarapan prasmanan juga baik, terutama buah dan sayuran yang sangat segar dan empuk. Ada juga yogurt bebas gula yang langka di Taiwan. Saya sangat senang. Tidak akan ada makanan untuk diambil karena waktu makan hampir habis 👍 Fasilitas kamar sesuai dengan level. Hanya saja AC di kamar tempat saya tinggal, bahkan angin yang paling lemah pun bertiup, dan udara terus bertiup di kepala saya. Sayang sekali saya tidak tidur nyenyak.

Strange smell, some room has a fake window which seems strange too, and my room had a light out of order, hindering my sleep until midnight. I asked counter to switch room for me and finally everything is ok. Everyone booked a room can have free ice drink. But the venue for drinking is poor. We can only drink at the concourse. The breakfast and staff are satisfying.

Clean and decent room, well maintained with all amenities needed. A little bit walk from MRT station, bus stations are just few mins. walk from the hotel, taking bus is a good choice though. Breakfast is buffet style served 0900-1000, providing both western and Chinese cuisines, not very fancy one but good enough to fill your stomach. Ningxia night market is within 10-15mins. walking distance, Carrefour supermarket is right opposite the hotel.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean room. The balcony is a surprised. Reasonable rate. Very close to the night market. Pleased.

Everything was expected. and satisfied Japanese village is nice to visit

Location: located near the chiayi railway station. Hotel is able to provide shuttle service if u inform them a day earlier. hSR station is further away about half hour drive and is chargable by the hotel. We travel in a taxi during our stay. We were fortunate to get a taxi driver who drives us around and brought us to train station to purchase ticket when I could not purchase it online due to the long public holiday. Food: we did not eat the hotel breakfast. We ate at the cafe and little gal ate Macdonald which is about 10-15mins away. The night market is nearby. Amenities: they provided the needful amenities. I love that they provide dispensers at every level and encourage use of own refills. This really help to reduce plastics usage. There is a laundry room located at level 13. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Self service and complimentary. Service : Staff are helpful and polite

It's important for hotels to maintain cleanliness, including changing bedsheets regularly. I think the hotel would need to take note on this. Other than that everything is great except maybe elderly might find the place abit dark especially since the lights were mostly in warm color.

Location was not too far from the night market though room was acceptable but not very clean. Breakfast was good!

Great size room and location is convenient, staffs is friendly and polite. Despite only one nite but will go bk to the same hotel ever traveling that route again. Keep up the good work for all the staffing.

Walkable to night market. Just 2 mins walk to a decent breakfast place.
