The hotel room is super clean. Bedroom and bath room is very spacious. Bath tub is provided. The only improvement area will be the breakfast - limited choices.

When booking a room, please note that you need to park. There is actually a dedicated parking space, so you don't have to worry about not having a place to park if you go in and out multiple times. The meals include afternoon tea, supper, and breakfast the next day. There is a wide variety of things, including a candy cabinet prepared on the 7th floor. Not only children but also adults are very happy. The room and bathtub are also very large and comfortable.

The accommodation is very close to the cultural night market, which saves the time of finding a parking space. It is great. However, the refrigerator in the room is not cold, so the drinks placed are not ice-cold and there is no ice preservation (freezing) effect. The sound insulation is not very good and it is easy to hear in the corridor. The sound of speech, I hope it can be improved. The curtains are not very effective in blocking light and are easily awakened by the sun. The experience is OK. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

Clean and classy hostel with great common areas. The staff in the reception is professional and polite. They provide free luggage storage. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bunk beds don't have that much privacy as the curtains cover half the bead. They don't provide towels.

The room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

Really rather dated and tired. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options are ok but not spectacular. Musky smells in the room due to its age. Staff doing their best with what they have. it doesn’t help that the building behind is a derelict site. Pretty good location.

Great service, great experience, everything from check-in to check-out is great, there is a bathtub for bathing, the room is clean and comfortable, and the smart assistant is very convenient and cute. In addition, tea and snacks are provided. Overall, it is perfect😍. If there is only one shortcoming here, it should be that the room is a bit humid because of the bathing space... The staff are very friendly, cute and considerate💕, thank you for helping us move the car for the lady who was just about to get off work😊

It's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage. The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

Comfortable living environment, leisure, shopping and entertainment all in one place! The parking lot is spacious and easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend staying here and will choose to stay here again in the future!

Around 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby. The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.
