The transportation of this hotel is very convenient, it is only more than 100 meters away from Chiayi Railway Station, and the price is not expensive. But it's an old hotel with no elevator! If you are carrying large luggage, it will be more troublesome to walk up four or five floors!

The hotels in Chiayi were quite expensive and this hotel was very decently priced for the standard. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice. Breakfast was functional, and the staff were friendly. Right across from the train station. Close to eating places and walkable to the night market. Absolutely no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

If you stay in a dorm and wanna checkin, go to level 14 by lift. Then the worker will bring you to another floor. As for me, I stayed in level 6. They'll give you passcode for the main door and your room door. If you stay in your room, you sometimes hear the traffic aound or people talking outside your room. The housekeeping was insane coz the worker just open the room door and leave it wide open eventhough there's people inside the room. And during my last day here, they changed the passcode without let me knowing coz I tried many times using the first passcode they had given to me, so i need to call them again to get the new passcode. There's washing machine and dryer, 30yuan and 40yuan each. Maybe they need to do cleanups at the laundry room coz it looks like left unattended. Overall, i think this hostel is okay for the soloist.

Good location but slightly run down hotel. Need to uplift overall hotel conditions especially hotel room and walkway to the room. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast require to improve such as served warm food rather than cold dishes. Lastly I went for toast to avoid disappointment. Not really suitable for international tourists.

The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

The location is good, not that far from the train station. It closes to the night market which we can find good food to eat at night time. The hostel has pretty large space and clean. The toilet is good. And They provided bread and drinks for breakfast.
However, the staff is not that friendly. But it’s the nice place to stay.

The room is not new and the space is big enough
The hot water is hot enough, but the water output of the electric heater is a little small.
The bed, pillows and quilts are extremely comfortable and I can sleep well.
There is really not enough space in the parking lot
There is only one elevator, but the accommodation floor goes to the 8th floor. Fortunately, it is not full, otherwise it would not be enough.
But the cp price the night before the holiday is worth enough👍

VVickyThe accommodation is very close to the cultural night market, which saves the time of finding a parking space. It is great. However, the refrigerator in the room is not cold, so the drinks placed are not ice-cold and there is no ice preservation (freezing) effect. The sound insulation is not very good and it is easy to hear in the corridor. The sound of speech, I hope it can be improved. The curtains are not very effective in blocking light and are easily awakened by the sun. The experience is OK. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

GGuest UserThe room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

GGuest UserThis is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles!
It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

AawesomeswIt's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage.
The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance.
Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

RREASONPEIAs soon as you enter the lobby, you can smell the comfortable fragrance, and the lady at the counter explains it very kindly. If the parking space at the door is full, there will be an exclusive parking lot less than 100 meters away. The breakfast is very Chiayi special, with homemade white vinegar cold noodles and chicken rice, and the service from a gentleman in the restaurant is also very good. The biggest problem is that it is a bit far away from Wenhua Road Night Market....

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
