Hotel dekat Wat Duang Dee, Chiang Mai

Really like this hotel 1: The environment is very good and the traffic is very convenient. It is a long walk from Tha Pae Gate. 2: The room is large and the decoration style is also my favorite simple style. There is a big bathtub, but unfortunately I don't have the habit of taking a bath. 3: The boss is very nice. We went to Chiang Mai for the first time. We were not familiar with the surrounding area. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us recommend where to eat deliciously. Every time we recommended it, it was very appetizing to our appetite. 4: Don't worry about communication problems, because the boss is our communication problem in China 5: Because it was during the epidemic, domestic masks were not easy to buy, so I asked the boss to buy us a little mask, the price is very reasonable, 6: Say so much good, also say bad, the only thing is that the hotel may be a bit noisy in Malay, but you don't worry, the boss is equipped with earplugs, shut the glass before bed, it is no problem, the glass has sound insulation effect, so don't worry Forgot to take a photo of the room.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Despite being told that breakfast was included, we were abruptly stopped while getting food and informed otherwise. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt closely monitored whenever we visited the coffee corner, which created a sense of unease. On a more positive note, the location was excellent, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.

Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. Conveniently located in Kalare night bazaar. Friendly Staff. Room was adequately decorated, clean and comfy bed. breakfast was very ordinary with limited food choice. However recommended

I'll highly recommend for the hotel. convenient location, in front of night braza. Lots of happening at night. Hotel provide perfect service. Love it. Will definitely come back if I go chiangmai.

This time I stayed in a two-bedroom swimming pool room. It has a sense of space and a large swimming pool. The garden setting design of the room is very good and has a resort atmosphere. I appreciate it very much. There is also a hot spring and the hotel staff are attentive. Except for breakfast In addition, afternoon tea and Mini Bar are provided every day, but the breakfast is a bit average, but the food in the ORB cafe next to it is of good quality.

it’s very noisy as the room faces back end of a night club (warm up) which goes on forever, i think the balcony doors are not really zealed well against such a location at all.  while everything else was great, from yummy breakfast to air purifier automatically on once we enter the room, and the staffs were great

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！
